What a great looking frame and mat. In the olden days I used a gray mat. It's nature's neutral color. I keep thinking about using a gray mat at the galleries I sell my framed photographs and mounted/matted versions in the bin. I am gonna give it try. Pretty easy way to see if they are popular. My limited-edition(50) prints fresh from the custom photo lab. Photos are then mounted on sturdy foamcore board. -
Framing a print after it has been mounted and matted for one of the galleries I sell my limited-edition prints. -
Every mounted/matted print gets a back label with description and signed and numbered. Mats are white and acid-free -
This is what a 20x24 framed photo looks like on the wall. I do not sell with frames at the moment. -
My frameshop where I mount/mat custom prints and package orders for shipping. Prints are made from my Hi-Res image files
