... and the story goes on!

It was back in 2009 when I made my first necklace as a present for a friend. My friend liked the necklace and I enjoyed the process of creativity and slowly became addicted in the process of the handmade jewelry.

In the middle of 2010 I opened my etsy shop but at that moment it was not meant to work as one year later, my first child was born and all my attention was totally dedicated to my new born child.

In the beginning of 2012 I moved to Italy with my husband and and my son. In the end of 2012 I was still living in Italy and I decided to reactivate my etsy shop but I was looking for a new name.
It was the period that one year old son loved to play with colored blocks. I was looking at him and the words color and love come into my mind. Color, love! Love and color...and we live in Italy ... and somehow the name amore e colore was formed. And so my etsy shop had a new name, a name inspired by the every day life with my son.

In the middle of 2014 , we moved back to Greece and my story still goes on... I am still enjoying the process of how an idea, an instant moment can turn to a new creation.
My main sources of creativity ? My family, my children, my hubby and the every day life with them. I am inspired by them and I create for them.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Please make sure to review carefully all the descriptions including all the information on size and materials before committing to purchase an item, also that the shipping information is accurate and up to the date.
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the situation. I appreciate all feedback and aim to offer the best possible experience! If there's any problem, please let me know before leaving a review so I can rectify the situation.

REFUNDS:
I offer refunds on Lost orders upon an investigation by the post office and that might take up to 60 business days. Please note that Amoreecolore cannot be held responsible for any undelivered mail resulting from an incorrect/incomplete shipping info provided at the checkout.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If your parcel return back to me marked as "Unclaimed" "Wrong address" or "Unknown", you'll need to pay the shipping cost in order to ship it for a second time to you.
No refunds on auto-returned parcels.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

ONLINE TRACKING
Online tracking services for International Registered Mail is not available from all National Post Carriers.
I cannot guarantee that your parcel will be tracked online after leaving Greece, which depends on the services provided by your National Post Carrier.
Australian and Canadian Post do not offer online tracking for international registered mail.
If you are interested in non-registered mail, please contact me before purchase.

In case of tracking showing package as "delivered", I cannot cover refund or replacement, as tracking info serves as a proof of delivery and I can't be held responsible for an after-delivery theft. If you encounter such an issue, you should file a claim at your local post office using the tracking number for your package.


RETURNING AN ITEM:
- contact me within 3 days of delivery
- ship the item(s) back to me within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging via first class mail with tracking number,
- once the item is received by Amoreecolore, the value of the item will be refunded to you.
- shipping & reshipping fees are buyer responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS
Request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase
If your order is already shipped, I cannot accept cancellation.

NO RETURNS on:
- earrings,
- personalized/initialled/customized items,
- if you fail to pay customs/duty charges,
- in case of tracking showing package as "delivered", I cannot cover refund or replacement, as tracking info serves as a proof of delivery and I can't be held responsible for an after-delivery theft. Payment
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via the Hellenic Postal Service (ELTA) by Registered Mail, with tracking number, Signature Required within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. You will receive your parcel from your National Post Carrier.

Please make sure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. If your order is a gift, simply write the gift recipient's address in "shipping address" area instead of yours and the gift will be shipped directly to that person.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME after dispatching (standard shipment):
Due to global mail shipping disruptions from COVID-19 and the measures taken around the world, likely, there may be shipping delays.
Please, note, that delivery by standard shipping may surpass 8-9 weeks in some cases.
Europe: 10-20 business days (except Spain and Italy. Those counties often requires up to 40 business days).
United States: 15-45 business days.
Australia: 20-45 business days.
Canada : 25-55 business days.
Elsewhere globally: 20-65 business days.
I cannot guarantee delivery times, especially in these days of the pandemic.

Care instructions

You will greatly prolong the life of your jewelry if you treat them well. Try not to swim, shower, exercise or sleep with your jewelry on. Avoid spraying perfume on the gold plated elements of the jewelry, discolorations may occur. Store your clean and dry jewelry in plastic bag to keep them protected from the air.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry come to you beautifully wrapped in a kraft envelop. Multiple jewelry items purchased together may be put in the same gift wrap. If your order is a gift please specify if you would like your item(s) to be wrapped individually.

Processing time

All my designs are made to order. I usually ship orders within 3-5 business days. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY TIME.
