I didnt receive my item, did not receive an answer to none of my mails. Only got a refund because etsy threathened to close his/her shop. Afterwards I send a message just to ask what happened and that I still think the items look fantastic, still no answer at all. Not 1 reply. I did get a refund because of etsy but this seller has actually ignored every message I wrote. Stood on status 'vacation' for a long time, which I can understand. But tI gave it time since 28of may... I am dissapointed. But I do thank etsy for the help. Sorry for the negative comment but that's how it is.
I'd like each and every customer to have a positive experience shopping with me and have outlined how I hope to achieve this in the policies listed below.
Accepted payment methods
Custom Orders and Hand Made Pieces ~ Please allow up to 7 working days for the dispatch of custom orders and handmade items (this can be longer during busy periods but I will always endeavour to keep you informed via my shop announcement).
International Shipping ~ Please note that the average delivery times from the UK to international customers can be as little as 4 days but may take up to 4 weeks particularly at busy postal times including holidays. I always obtain proof of postage and tracking details. Please be aware I have absolutely no control in actual delivery times and delays due to public holidays, inclemental weather, and customs delays etc. Please be aware of any customs duties or taxes that your country may impose. These are the responsibility of buyers to pay.

Please ensure that you provide me with the correct address. Incorrect addresses for locations including **GERMANY** will be returned without delivery attempt.

As of January, tracked shipping is not permitted for shipping from the UK to PO BOXES. PO BOXES are also not verified by PayPal. Therefore shipping to PO BOXES is at the buyers own risk.
I have NEVER received negative feedback owing to the quality of my product. I have received UNWARRANTED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK due to international buyers having unrealistic expectations of shipping times in spite of my advice on this. This is extremely unfair as I have no means to respond to negative feedback via Etsy. If you have not left enough time for shipping, please do not purchase from my store, or if you do, do so at your own risk and please do not leave unwarranted negative feedback. Please contact me to discuss any issues. I am more than happy to resolve issues as and when they arise and believe that communication is key to a successful transaction.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns initiated within 7 days from the date that the item has been received as specified by distance selling regulations. The customer is responsible for agreeing a return with me prior to returning and return postage costs. Customers will be refunded the cost of the item only unless the item is damaged or not as described, then a refund in full will be issued.
Non Refundable Items
*Custom orders or made to measure items are non refundable as these items are bespoke and cannot be resold. I will work intensively with customers and provide photographs of completed custom orders for approval prior to shipping
*Shipping times are out of my control. I can not refund items that do not arrive by a specific date. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they order in a timely manner allowing time for the maximum estimated shipping times as well as my current processing times as stated on my shop profile.
I also try as hard as possible to capture color and detail as accurately as possible in both my item pictures and descriptions and check my items thoroughly for defects at the point of listing and again prior to dispatch to prevent any misunderstandings or misrepresentation prior to the point of sale.

I make sure my listings are as accurate as possible and am happy to answer questions and provide additional information or photographs upon request.
Please ensure that your address details are correct at the point of checking out. I cannot be held responsible for parcels that are undelivered due to incomplete address details or delivered to an old address. Re delivery of such parcels are at the cost of the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing measurements for made to measure items and custom orders to ensure that their order is made and shipped in a timely manner.
