5 out of 5 starsI just received the flag today and it is just BEAUTIFUL. My husband loves it too. I hesitated in getting this old English sheepdog flag as it is for Christmas, because the holiday is so far away, but when I noted there were only 8 left I had to buy one. I love it soooooo much and am glad I got the double ply as it gives it more weight and fullness. The RED letters also look great. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

My love of dogs comes to life through my art!
As a young girl, rather than play with dolls and wear dresses, I would run around the house on all fours barking and panting like a puppy. Yes, my love of dogs ran that deep. It still does, although I'm no longer able to run around on all fours!
When I decided to turn my art into a life-long career I turned to that ingrained passion for all things canine. My designs reflect the fun, humorous, lovable nature of dogs.
I specialize in watercolor, acrylic paintings, polymer clay sculptures, and hand painted treasures. I've recently turned some of my work into fabric and t shirt designs.
Most of my prints and reproductions are hand crafted by me in my studio. Where equipment limitations require me to out source my work I use reputable, respectable manufacturers based in the USA.

Returns and exchange details
DAMAGED ITEMS
For damaged items, replacements are available. I will request photos of the damaged item and packaging so that insurance claims can be filed (to reimburse me for the replacement) PLEASE do not dispose of the item or packaging until I have completed the insurance claim. I will notify you as soon as the claim has been processed.
International items that are damaged will be replaced or refunded at my discretion.
REFUNDS
If you do not love your item, refunds are available. Refunds are only granted if the item is returned to me. Once the item is received, I will process your refund. I do not issue refunds until the item is in my possession. Shipping charges are not refundable and I am not responsible for return postage. If you change your mind before the item arrives contact me to let me know you want a refund, once the package arrives you may then mark the package refused and put it back in your mailbox - as long as the package is unopened there is no charge for return postage. As soon as the package is returned to me I will issue the refund.
International orders are final and not eligible for refunds.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not offered. If you want a different item after receiving your package initiate a return for that item and I will process as stated above under Refunds. A new purchase may be started for the new item at any time, but the refund will not be processed until the original item is returned to my possession.

Shipping
My handling & processing times do not include transit time - keep this in mind when ordering. An additional 5-7 days (for orders delivered within the USA - 2-3 weeks for International orders) should be allowed for transit once your order has been processed and shipped. Transit times do not begin until you receive your tracking number.
TRACKING
You will receive tracking information once your order is complete. Use this to track your shipment and get delivery estimates.
SHIPPING DELAYS
I am not responsible for carrier delays. Delays are out of my control once the package has been transferred to the carrier. If your package is not scheduled to arrive by the time you require it, initiate a refund and I will process it as described above in REFUNDS.
If you notice any issues with the shipment or a severe delay, contact me within 2 weeks of the shipment date so that I can trace the package. I do not track every shipment I send out, I rely on your input for any shipping issues.
If a refund is requested for an order that is arriving late, the package should be unopened, marked REFUSED, and placed back in your mail receptacle for pick up the next day. This will expedite your refund as I do not process a refund until the item has been returned to me. (See REFUNDS above)
I ship air mail.
Domestic shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
International shipping is First Class Air Mail or UPS International

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
I no longer paint portraits or personal pets. Those projects can be very stressful and time-consuming and I have decided not to do them anymore.
All of my prints are of paintings I have done over the years and print as shown. It is not possible to add extra dogs to the design or change the breed or coloration of the dogs in the design.
However, most of my items can be personalized by adding text (names, dates, etc.) to make them more personal.
Want a different breed than the one shown? I might have one available - my gallery of artwork is pretty big and not all of it is listed on Etsy. Ask and if available I will list it for you!
Do you offer digital versions of your designs?
No, I do not sell, lend, or license digital versions of my art. I only sell my art in physical form at this time.
I love your designs but need one printed on an item you do not sell.
Let me know what you are looking for! I do offer many items that are not in my Etsy shop through my website, I would be happy to list one here for you. If I do not currently have the item available, I will research my options and if it is available and my equipment will produce it I will get it!
How long will it take for my item to ship?
I average 3-5 days processing time from order placement to shipment. I pad my expected shipping date (the processing time published on my listings) to cover unexpected delays. For example, equipment failures, stocking issues, family emergencies - anything that can and will go wrong :)
Your order will 99% of the time ship WAAAAY before it is advertised to - but you may be that 1% that takes the full processing time advertised so always plan on that.
If you are trying to get a gift for a special occasion I am open to 'rush' requests but please contact me prior to ordering so that we can work out the details. If I can get it to you in time I absolutely will. But, keep in mind that I am not responsible for carrier delays!
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, I currently ship Internationally. As restrictions continue to change please note that I may discontinue International shipping at my discretion. So far, things are going smoothly and I love sending packages worldwide!
Will I get a preview of my personalization prior to production?
Not unless you request one.
Most of my designs have very limited areas to add personalization without covering details. Therefore, I put the text where it fits best!
If you would like to have a mock-up created I will happily do that for you - IF you request one.
Once you request a mock-up I will not fill your order until you approve the design. This may delay your shipment, so if you request one keep an eye on your inbox, I will share the mock-up through Etsy messages.
