★ I do ***NOT*** use INK, PAINT, or ENAMEL to darken in the stamped letters and characters on my hand-stamped gold-plated & silver-plated vintage flatware (spoons, forks, knives, serving utensils, etc.). I use a FOOD-SAFE oxidation process. And stamping on my gold-plated flatware is NOT darkened in at all. Please refer to my listings for specific details. Health and safety are important to me.

★ AmySueCrafts accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Please note, debit card and eCheck payments made through PayPal *may* take 3-5 business days to clear the bank; production time on your item will *not* begin until the payment has cleared. ★ ALL penny keychains come with your choice of (steel) keychain color: Antique Copper, Silver, or Gold.

★ ALL keychains are also packaged in organza gift bags/pouches.

Accessories, jewelry, and gifts include keychains, cufflinks, tie tacks, tie bars / clips, necklaces, pendants, rings, earrings, charms, bracelets, magnets, bookmarks, wedding forks, stamped spoons and other flatware, baby spoons, Christmas ornaments, pocket tokens, wedding photo props, bouquet charms, lapel pins, brooches, corsages, hair pins / clips, greeting cards, garden markers, gift decorations, table decor and serving utensils, cake toppers, and so much more.

Items feature components such as custom stamped coins, dried flowers, mixed metals, antique flatware, beads & charms, recycled/upcycled/repurposed materials, natural ingredients such as mustard seeds, antique sheet music, vintage book pages, fabric flowers, and rubber-stamped greeting cards and game pieces.

★ ★ ★ All of my items are created in a SMOKE-FREE (but NOT pet-free) environment. Please forgive me if you find an occasional cat/dog hair stuck in the packing tape on your box/envelope/package; my fur babies often like to "help" me work.

★ Current production time on MOST items remains 3-5 business days PRIOR to shipping. Production time does not include weekends or holidays. However, some items have a 5-7 business day or 1-2 week production time PRIOR to shipping, so please refer to the item listing for full details.

• Custom/personalized orders CANNOT be returned (unless I made an error). Please refer to the "Payment Policy -- Custom & Personalized Items" section in my shop policies.

• If an AmySueCrafts item is damaged/broken after purchase due to misuse, improper handling/cleaning, or the attempt to alter the piece, it cannot be returned. Please follow the care instructions listed on your order invoice, and *never* swim or shower with any of my items (e.g., stamped penny necklace).

• If an AmySueCrafts item breaks during normal use, please contact me immediately. Please also be prepared to provide me with PHOTOS of all of the damaged/broken items/pieces and to possibly return the items/pieces to me (at my cost, if determined to be a defect). Do *not* throw anything away without first consulting with me; I cannot make a replacement without proof of a defective item.

• I carefully test ALL items prior to shipping (i.e., I try to break them!). Your item should not break under normal use circumstances, but defects can happen. I also take photos of ALL items that I create prior to shipping (as proof of what was shipped in the event of a USPS insurance claim, for possible use in future listings, and for comparison in the event of a possible defect).
