• We are unable to add items to orders that have already been paid for. Once an order is paid for, it goes directly to our shipping department.

• All orders must meet a requirement minimum of at least $10.00 before shipping.

Florida residents will be charged 6% tax on items purchased, automatically reflected on the invoice total.
All USA, Canada, and International orders are shipped via USPS Postal Services.
We ship to the address listed in your PayPal payment profile or as provided by Etsy when using Direct Checkout. Following is the information regarding the methods used to ship orders.

USPS First-Class Mail is 2-5 days - weighing up to 13 ounces. For heavier items, Priority Mail Rates and Fees are required.
Tracking number, and delivery confirmation included.

USPS International First class Mail is the most affordable international service, but it does not offer insurance. It is your choice to consider to upgrade your shipping method to include insurance, recommended if you are not comfortable with your actual locations mail delivery services.

PLEASE NOTE: The USPS International shipping is very reliable, and my experience with them has been excellent. Customers have received their packages and have been very happy with their orders. Nevertheless, I need to emphasize that there is never a 100% guarantee that the services provided will always exceed your expectations since it mainly depends on your actual delivery services once the orders reaches your destination country.

For orders over $100.00 it is strongly recommended to ship via International Express mail, as insurance is not provided otherwise. We recommend you to upgrade your shipping with insurance already included. Otherwise you will not be reimbursed for the cost of lost, stolen, mishandled, or missing items due to failure of the International Postal Service to deliver the goods. The USPS do not reimburse orders that are not insured. It is your responsibility to upgrade in order to protect your order. Please do contact us to this regard with any questions or concerns. I will modify your order to the best affordable shipping method available. If you have already placed your order I will simply send you a separate invoice for the difference in shipping.

Orders over 13oz will automatically ship via Priority Mail and you may have to pay for additional shipping if you did not select to upgrade your shipping. An email will follow if that is the case.

Since we cannot know what the cost for shipping will be until you have placed an order, since it is mainly by weight and distance, you will be notified should an additional shipping cost be required.


All tariffs and/or duties imposed on international deliveries are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the buyer. All customs forms will be accurately and completely declared as required by United States law.

• Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods. purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item.

• Items to be exchanged for other items must be returned to us in ORIGINAL SEALED packaging. We do not accept items that have been used, strands that have been broken or packaging that has been opened. All spools of leather, chain, and cord must be returned in the complete length originally ordered, with none cut off. The only exceptions are for defective merchandise, which will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on all returned items. Some custom cut leathers and wire may not be returnable once they have been cut.

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used when purchasing the items, i.e. by Paypal, or Direct Checkout, etc.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SHIP THE ITEMS WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We can only refund/exchange items that have been received to our return address.

• No returns or exchanges will be made on Sale items.
