Welcome to my shop... An Extraordinary Gift. I believe that each item I design is created for someone special and its made perfect for them. All my designs are handmade and are originals. Thanks for visiting!
I accept the following forms of payment Direct Checkout accepting all major credit cards, Paypal.
Cancellation: If this is required, please contact me immediately. If item has already been shipped to buyer. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. After item is received by me, a refund transaction will be made.
I ship USPS Standard Parcel (2-9 business days) and USPS Priority (2-3 business days) depending on size of box and/or your location. Each design has been marked with estimated shipping times.
I use paper, bubble wrap, plastic bags, and new boxes to ship your wreath. I do my best to "Go Green" when available I recycle bubble wrap and packing paper. By going Green I do not send extra paper e.g. invoices. If you would like to receive an invoice, please convo me and I can send one to you.
I make sure your item is secure in its shipping box.

Returns: Must be shipped back to seller within 3 days of arrival. Buyer will assume return shipping fees and a $7.00 restock fee. Unless, buyer receives incorrect order. I will assume return shipping fees. As a reminder, Please read all measurements in description before ordering. Please contact me with any questions or concerns before ordering. Thank you.
I realize things happen and I'm very understanding. Please contact me first. I always add my phone number with each order, so you can call me directly. In case of a return. Buyer pays return shipping. Original transaction shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to additional information.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Reserved Items: Will be held on reserve for a maxium of 3 days. After 3 days the item will no longer be Reserved and will be available for open sale.
As unfortunate as it is... An Extraordinary Gift is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. I include delivery confirmation numbers to each order. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance, please let me know right away and I will add it into the shipping cost for you.
If you receive a damage item due to shipping. Please keep all shipping materials used. When filing a claim with USPS, you may need to take pictures of the damaged item and box.
Coupon Codes can only be applied toward a purchase of a wreath or swag.
Coupon Codes do not apply to door hanger clip accessories or over the door hangers.
