The architect who became a jewellery designer!

Contemporary, Architecture and Geometry: the three omnipresent features always present in Ana Bragança Jewellery´s collections.

Ana Bragança was born in 1984, in Porto, Portugal.

She is an architect with a Master degree in “Architectural Design” from The Bartlett (University College of London).

She has worked as an architect in Luxembourg and Switzerland however, in 2012, she entered the world of jewellery. At the time, living in Athens, Greece, she has started designing and making her own jewellery learning from a handcraft jewellery laboratory called Syn Apeiro.

In order to improve her jewellery skills, Ana attended a 10 months jewellery course at Cindor (Jewellery Vocational School of Gondomar).

In 2015 and 2016, Ana has been selected to present her collection at 14th and 16th edition of the international contemporary jewellery fair Autor, in Bucharest.

In September of 2016, the jeweller was one of the 10 portuguese jewellers invited to participate in the exhibition Jewellery at Rolão House, which celebrated the opening of the ID Concept Store in Braga.

Recently, Ana Bragança was also selected to participate in the exposition TRIPLE PARADE 2016 / Dialogue across You and Me to Them: Creator, Wearer, Viewer which will take place in the GAUGUIN Gallery, in Beijing, and in the TAFA Art Museum, in Tianjin.

Moreover, the jewellery has participated in the Linbon Design Show 16, where she won the 3th place as a fashion designer category + Design

In Nov. 2106, Ana opened a pop-up store 8 X 8 || Jewellery Design, along with 7 other jewellers, This project was supported by Portuguese Jewellery New Born created by AORP, a platform which promotes the new portuguese designers.

ORDERS
There are two possible ways to order one or several jewellery pieces from Ana Bragança Jewellery:
1) Buy your jewelry through Etsy Shop;
2) Contact us directly by emailing us at info [!at] anabragancajewellery.com. In your email, you must write the jewellery reference number of the piece(s) you are interested in. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and you will also be informed if we have the piece in stock or, if not, how long it will take to produce it. The payment is done by bank transfer or Paypal and your order will be shipped once the payment has arrived.

Returns and exchange details
// CANCELATION
In case you wish to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. You will have 6 hours to do so.
If payment has already been made​​, but the order has not been sent yet in the 6 hours after payment, the costs of the order will be refunded, including the shipping cost.

The deadline for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days after the day of the purchase and invoice date.
In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must notify us of your resolution decision by email: info [!at] anabragancajewellery.com

In order for the period of freedom to be respected, it is sufficient that its communication concerning the exercise of the right of the free resolution is sent before the expiry of the period for termination.
Effects of free resolution:
In the event of termination of the contract, all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of shipment other than the least expensive method of normal shipment offered by us) will be reimbursed, , without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We make these refunds using the same means of payment you used in the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed by you; in any event, incur no costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
You must return the goods by registered mail to Ana Bragança, to the address that will be provided, without undue delay and no later than 10 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the purchase contract. It is considered that the deadline is respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the 10-day deadline. Direct return costs will be supported by the customer.
The customer is only responsible for the depreciation of goods resulting from manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.
The right of free resolution does not apply in the case of products produced according to consumer specifications or manifestly personalized.


// EXCHANGE or RETURNS
We are committed to selling high-quality jewellery pieces that we hope you enjoy wearing, nevertheless, we also know that for one reason or another there may be a time where you will need to return or exchange something that you have bought from us.
In case you wish to exchange your item for another one of our shop, please contact us as soon as possible by writing to info [!at] anabragancajewellery.com. We are more than happy to help you with this exchange, nevertheless, the first original item must be sent in perfect condition and in its original box.

Returned goods will also only be credited if returned in their original condition, and with a completed Returns Form (http://extfiles.etsy.com/cancellation-forms/EUCancellationFormEN.pdf). Please send it to : info [!at] anabragancajewellery.com.

We will only refund return goods if returned in less than 14 days after the day you receive them. All items must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of being worn or damaged, and in its original box.

The refund money will be transferred only after we have received the item originally sent. Please note that in case of exchange or return, the client is responsible for all post expenses. Moreover, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

// REPAIRS
Under legal terms, the pieces of ANA BRAGANÇA JEWELLERY have a warranty of 2 years. If any non-compliance is found, please contact us at info [!at] anabragancajewellery.com. You should send the piece, via registered mail, for our analysis. After analysis and confirmation of the validity of the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
If you receive your item and it happens to be damaged or defective let me know as soon as possible. If it is proved that it is a defect of production we held responsible for its reparation and for all shipping costs.
However, please beware that these are handmade items that should be worn and kept with care. If the damage is caused by bad use of the jewellery, we cannot be held responsible. Nevertheless, if this is the case, please contact us and we will be glad to repair your piece at an extra cost. In this case, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility

// RINGS SIZES
In case you decide not to buy an adjustable ring and you order a specif finger size ring, once you receive your order, if you realize that the ordered size was not correct, please contact us asap (info@anabragancajewellery.com). We will gladly make the first resizing work without costs. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs and also for any finishing costs. Any further adjustments will have an extra costs which will be established according to the piece bought.
Payment
Payment should be made at checkout, otherwise, the item will be re-listed.
In order to do your payment, you should use Etsy's direct checkout methods.
Etsy Gift Cards are also available.
If you wish, you may also pay by bank transfer. In this case, please contact me (info@anabragancajewellery.com) before you order and we will let you know the procedure to do so.
The price of the products is stipulated on the site, except for typographical error. In case of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer, presenting the option to confirm the order with the correct price or cancel it, with a refund.
Shipping
//PACKAGING
All the items are sent by post and are properly packaged inside a paper box that has the label’s logo. In some cases, due to the dimensions of the jewellery piece, we use other packages forms nevertheless they are always packed with elegance and with the label’s logo.
All the boxes are also protected by bubble envelopes or similar to prevent any transportation damages.

//SHIPPING
All items are shipped in priority-registered mail from Portugal, or Switzerland (depending on where you live, to try to make it as quickly as possible, and sometimes to try to avoid customs delays). It is priority-registered mail to allow you to receive your purchased items faster and also so that you can be informed by email about shipping notifications and tracking information.

The shipping costs applied are the minimum for registered mail up to 250g. In case you buy more than one item and the weight does not overstep the 250g, you will be charged only one.

All items will be shipped only after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped to the address provided by the customer to Etsy.

If the order can not be delivered due to reasons attributed to the customer, such as wrong address, inability to make home delivery, or no pick up at the post office, we can not be responsible for any damages or costs associated with it.

If we have the item you want to buy in stock they will be sent in 1-3 business days. If not, you will be notified by Etsy of how long will it take for your order to be sent.

Usually, the delivery time is:
- Europe: 3 – 15 days business days
- Rest of the world: 10-25 business days

If you wish that we send your purchase by DHL, we might do it. Just select DHL as the shipping method. DHL guarantees that your order will arrive in 1-3 business days!

// CORONA VIRUS NOTIFICATIONS
Please bear in mind that the sooner you make your order the sooner the piece will be sent to you and consequently the sooner it will arrive at your place. The post office services are providing normal deliveries, but it’s likely some countries will experience some level of disruption during the pandemic. We hope you understand that we, Ana Bragança team, can not be held responsible in case there are some delivery delays due to post office delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times.

// TAXES
At all times, international buyers are responsible for customs fees or taxes that the destination country may apply to packages sent from Portugal or Switzerland.

Please do not hesitate to raise all the questions that you want before you order and the item is shipped. We will try to describe the product as the most accurate we can. In some cases, we can even send you more pictures of the jewelry items.

Please beware that the colors presented on the photos are as close as possible to reality, but due to the material and monitor characteristics, it's natural that you find some small differences.
