Hello! Thank you very much for visiting Cranberry. My jewellery is made with care using a variety of materials which will be listed in the item description.

Accepted payment methods

Payment is to be made at the time of purchase via Paypal.

• Can I reserve items?
Yes, I'm happy to put an item(s) on hold for you for up to 1 week. Please contact me to arrange this.

Cancellations are only accepted if the order is not yet shipped.
Shipping
I always aim to get your purchase sent out as quickly as possible. Usually it is next business day and always within 3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will go out on Mondays.

You can check the shipped date by simply logging onto your Etsy and clicking on 'Your Purchases'. If your item is marked as 'shipped' you can check the date by clicking on the invoice.

• Portugal - 2 business days
• EU - 10 business days.
• Rest of the world - 20 business days.

The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependant on the postal service in your country which means that occasionally they can take longer so please allow up to 25 business days.

If you'd like express shipping please feel free to contact me so that costs can be discussed.

Very occasionally a package may take longer than expected and you should allow up to 25 business days. If your package hasn't arrived by then please get in touch and I will send out a replacement.

Unpredicted events can affect shipping times eg: severe weather conditions, increased security measures etc.

♦ Customer is responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc they may incur in their country.
Refunds and Exchanges
If when you receive your purchase you conclude it is damaged please contact me within 48 hours to discuss. I will offer either a refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned item, BUT please contact me first for instructions on customs form requirements.

I'm sorry but I cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty.

You must ensure that you obtain a proof of posting and/or adequate insurance/delivery confirmation if returning a package as I am not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit to me. Items must be returned unworn and in in the original gift box.
