With the current measures in the UK, I am still processing orders. (current time is 2-3 weeks) & I ship via the Royal Mail with some International exceptions. I am sure you will be aware of your own country's delays regarding your National Postal Service. I HAVE EXTENDED ALL MY DELIVERY TIMES to try and incorporate the slow down in service, but most are being delivered well within the time frame.
Please understand that all National & International Shipping/Customs Processing could be delayed, which I am unable to be held responsible for.

- Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
THIS RIGHT DOES NOT EXTEND TO CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS: (Custom made products are classed as items made to a specific size/measurement provided by the customer)
I can not accept returns if -
1. Item has been obviously worn/used: dirt marks, body odour, hairs, dandruff etc.
2. Damaged item: ripped, torn, stretched or, marked.
3. Contaminated with household smells: smoke, cooking or animals (PVC is porous and absorbs smells )
4. Other reasons of Health and Hygiene.
5. Underwear (cannot be returned)
Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item and must be returned within 30 days of receiving the delivery, unworn & packed as received, I reserve the right to deduct costs if your item is not returned in its original state as received.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any Customs Fee's and or Import Taxes, VAT, GST etc. that may apply, in your individual country when purchasing/importing from the from the United Kingdom.
If an item is returned to me due to non-payment of fee's I will refund fully minus the original shipping cost.
All items are carefully packed discreetly. Items will be folded for transit.
I will always combine postage if more than 1 item is purchased and will refund any over payment on postage upon dispatch.
I ship to the address that you provide, please make sure it is correct. If you item is returned to me because the address is incorrect, buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
I am unable to send to Foreign PO Box addresses. If you do require a delivery to a PO Box outside of the UK, I will send by standard International post which is not traceable, therefore I will not accept any responsibility for the delivery and I will not be liable if the parcel is lost.
Most orders are sent as standard International shipping to Europe, (5-14 working days) & International tracked/signed for delivery to all other countries (7-21 working days) There can be delays during National & International Holidays etc.
(Please Note: the date given by Etsy is the latest dispatch date, not the delivery date)
Lost packages: please contact me as soon as possible to help with lost packages. Please be patient as I go through the steps to locate/refund/or resend for a lost package. It will take a few days.
Packages stolen from a buyers delivery area might require filling a police report that you will be required to sign.
No refunds or replacement may not occur until this has been signed if required.
Items damaged in shipping- I can help you with items damaged in shipping- PLEASE KEEP ITEM AND PACKAGING. I am required to send a photo of packaging or broken item to file an insurance claim. I cannot refund or resend without this, there are no exceptions.
Buyers are responsible for any Customs Fee's and or Import Taxes, GST etc. that may apply in your individual country when purchasing from the United Kingdom.

Sizing details
This is important, as 100% PVC vinyl, will not stretch like fabric. I will request exact measurements from you for most of my items. I can not be held responsible for any failure to give the correct measurements. As they say measure twice and cut once :)
Care instructions
100% PVC Vinyl.
1. Keep separate from all other clothing.
2. Wipe clean with a soft cloth and mild (un-perfumed) detergent, allow to dry naturally.
3. Keep away from naked flames, solvent, nail varnish etc.
4. Keep away from heat sources (PVC will melt)
5. PVC is porous & will attract odors, cooking, smoking etc.
Wholesale availability
I am unable to offer my items wholesale, as they are individual & unique to Anadincrafts.
Why do I not offer “free shipping”
I have chosen not to offer “free shipping” because if I did I would have to raise my prices considerably. Instead I continue to offer, fair shipping prices and excellent service.
Can I have a discount ?
My shop may offer occasional sales where there will be discounted items, the overheads for selling through the Etsy platform are high. I believe my prices are competitive for the quality I provide in creating these items for you.
COVID-19
As I am sure you are aware with the current World Health Crisis, that all orders that are shipped will be delayed. I use Royal Mail UK and upon arrival in your country it is delivered by your National Postal System, please take into account your own countries measures regarding the postal system, when ordering.

I use an UNLINED 100% PVC, This is not High Street PVC painted on Cotton material nor a PU/PE Mix.
