I'm sorry but at this time Anara Hill cannot accept any refunds or exchanges. If your order was damaged during delivery, please let me know and we will sort it out.
Payment
I accept payment by direct checkout and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. During checkout, you can choose the PayPal option, then after submitting your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, orders will only be created and sent out once payment has cleared.
Shipping
Orders are sent out either in boxes or bubble mailers and, when possible, I try to recycle packaging.

In the US, I ship USPS first class, which should take 2-5 business days. If you'd like priority shipping, which should take 1-3 business days, please select the shipping upgrade for an additional $3 when checking out. If you do not select the upgrade when checking out, I can send you a Paypal invoice in the amount of $3.50 for priority shipping.

For overseas shipping, I ship USPS first class international. From previous experience, this takes about 2 weeks to arrive, but I cannot guarantee this. I also cannot track the package once it has left the US, but haven't had any problems with delivery yet. Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges which may be incurred on your order.
