What if I received a damage item?
We meticulously package all products to ensure safe delivery. Once your order is handed to the postal service, we're not liable for transit damage. However, we're dedicated to helping you resolve any issues. If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the postal service, keeping the original packaging as proof of damage when initiating the claim process. Our shipments are insured up to $100.00 for free with USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority.
What if I want return or exchange an item
All sales are final. As many of my items are vintage and/or come to me through Estate sales etc., all items are sold AS IS/AS FOUND. Returns will ONLY be considered if I have mistakenly significantly misrepresented the item or items. If I have mistakenly significantly misrepresented the item(s), I must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) (no exceptions) and the item(s) must be returned within 3 days. Once I receive the item(s) back, I will refund to your account. Shipping are not refundable
I DO NOT OFFER BUYERS REMORSE, thus meaning no returns if you just change your mind, don't like it, or think you overpaid. If I accept the return I charge a 15% restocking fee.
