I rescue and bring new life to forgotten materials such as vintage textiles, buttons, re-claimed sheets, pillowcases, clothing and up-holstery offcuts.

I take all care with descriptions and photos, however colours may vary on different screens and some descriptions may have been unintentionally left out.
Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like before committing to buy.
I do not refund unless item is faulty, so please read description carefully.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept payment through PayPal, an online payment service. Please note you do not need a Paypal account. To pay with a credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard, unfortunately not American Express) through Paypal, and not have to sign up to Paypal, do the following:

When you check out click the 'pay by Paypal' option and you will be forwarded to a secure page that gives you the option (on the left hand side) to pay using your debit or credit card.

I also accept Direct Deposit from Australian customers only. Please contact me for details.

All payments should be made within 48 hours after placing your order. I reserve the right to cancel any transactions not paid for within this time frame.

Please abide with all Etsy rules regarding payment.

If you want insurance, or see a payment line that needs adjustment, let me know and do not pay until I have updated your total.
Shipping
I will ship your item as soon as possible after receiving your payment. I will notify you when your item has been shipped.

Australian customers:
Items ship from Melbourne Australia. Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post and usually arrive at a Victorian address between 1-3 days. Interstate deliveries may take up to a week. Please contact me if you would like an item sent to you by Express Post.

International customers:
All International orders are shipped using Airmail and may take between 5 to 21 days to reach you. If you need the item registered please let me know before payment and I will advise you of the additional charges.

If a parcel goes missing on route to you, I will do everything I can from my end to help locate it. Once the parcel has left my hands and is with the post service I have no control over it.

If you would like registered, trackable or insured postage please let me know and I will let you know the additional cost.

I will do my best to clarify the address if you have supplied two different addresses, however, ultimately it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is supplied. All international packages will be marked as “fashion accessories or homewares”. The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duty or tax charged by your specific country. If you have any questions, please check with your local customs organisation.

If your item has not arrived after 14 days of dispatch, please notify me so that we can sort out the situation. Ultimately, once I have posted your goods I cannot be responsible for uninsured items that go missing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry, no refunds or exchanges, unless I have made a mistake or the product is faulty in some way. Please contact me ASAP if you are unhappy with the goods and I will do my very best to sort it out.

If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to resolve any issues on a case by case basis.

I will refund via PayPal as soon as the item is back in my shop in as new condition. I do not refund the initial shipping fee or the cost of sending the item back.
