All information necessary for the customization of a design should be included in the Notes to Seller section of the order or sent in a convo. Please never send this information by regular email.

The 1-2 business day turnaround time for customized designs begins once I receive all of the information and photographs necessary to complete your design, regardless of when the purchase was made.

The 1-2 business day turnaround time does NOT guarantee work on weekends or US federal holidays. I may choose to complete work on select weekends, but it is never guaranteed. Convo me if you have concerns about time constraints.

I strive to provide proofs as quickly as possible and will process orders in the order in which they are purchased. If you require a rush, message me PRIOR to purchasing. Do NOT leave a message in the "Notes to Seller" section requiring that your order be finished by a specific date without prior approval.

Please reply to proofs in a timely manner. I am very flexible and happy to work with your timeframe, as long as you communicate with me frequently. I don't want you to feel rushed! However, excessive lapses in communication regarding proofs may result in final printable files being sent to you at my discretion, regardless of proof status, and your order will be considered complete. I will send reminders via Etsy convo before doing so.

INSTANT DOWNLOAD LISTINGS: If you want any alterations on a design that is available for instant download, do NOT purchase it. Send me a convo and I will give you a price quote and create a custom listing for you.

All files are formatted as JPG or PDF (or both). Instant download listings will list the format of the design that you are buying. By purchasing an instant download, you understand that no formatting changes will be made without an additional fee.

CUSTOM DESIGN LISTINGS: I can change the cropping, coloring or final file format on almost any custom design. If you are unsure if the customization that you want is covered in the listing amount, feel free to send me a convo before purchasing.

If you plan to print your designs at home on a personal printer, here are a few tips to help you out:

☛ Wall art and photo invitations usually look best printed onto a matte photo paper, as the slight sheen from the paper gives it a crisper, more professional look.

☛ Any design that has a glitter or foil texture on it also looks best when printed onto matte photo paper, as it makes the digital texture appear more realistic.

☛ Banners, party decor, digital papers and most other designs look best printed onto white card stock.

☛ Tracing paper designs can be printed onto regular printing paper.

☛ Set your printer margins to 'zero' or 'borderless' for true-to-size printing on any design that is formatted as an 8.5x11 sheet.

In order to open a ZIP file on your computer and retrieve the JPG and/or PDF files within, you will need to do one of the following:

> Mac OS: Simply double-click on the zipped file to extract the files.
> Windows 7/8.1/10: Right-click on the zip file, select 'Extract All' and follow the instructions.

Please note that ZIP files cannot be opened on mobile devices.

Unfortunately, no. Due to copyright restrictions, I cannot add logos or emblems to any of my designs that are the property of a business, school or other entity, including but not limited to the logos or mascots of high schools, colleges, universities or professional sports teams. I can, however, change colors of the existing design in order to coordinate with your particular school or team.

I am, however, currently licensed to sell branded designs of the US Navy and the US Air Force. I can add these emblems to any design you wish.

No, you should not need a formal release form to have your design printed. However, if the printer requests a copyright release, you may simply show them your purchase receipt to prove that you have permission to print.
