Frequently asked questions
How do I get my files after I buy?
Your download is available immediately after checkout — look for it under Etsy > Purchases & Reviews > [order] > Download files. You'll also get an email from Etsy with a direct link. No waiting, no shipping.
What file formats are included?
It depends on the listing — check the listing description for the exact formats included (for example: PDF, JPEG/PNG, Illustrator, Photoshop, a Google Sheets link, or Word). Each listing spells out exactly what you're getting before you buy.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes — files are designed to be print-ready. Print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service, unless a specific listing says otherwise.
What's the difference between Personal and Commercial/Extended license?
Every purchase includes a Personal Use license — you can use and print the file for yourself. If you want to use a design for your business, with clients, or to resell physical/printed copies, you'll need the Commercial/Extended license, available on select listings. Check the listing for pricing, or message me if you don't see it and want one.
My file won't open or something looks wrong, what do I do?
Message me with the file name and what's happening (won't open, garbled text, missing pages) and I'll help troubleshoot or send a fixed version I'll happily make it right after purchase.
Do you sell physical/printed products?
Not currently — everything in this shop is a digital download you print or use yourself.
