All prints and products are created specific to your order. Please allow approximately 7 days for prints to ship and 14 business days for other products to ship. Some items may require longer to ship. Please refer to your item description for approximate ship times.
If you need an item in a shorter amount of time or by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure I can manage your request. I will attempt to meet your deadline but please keep in mind that most items are custom made and usually require approximately 14 business days to be shipped.
I gladly accept custom orders whenever possible. Feel free to contact me with your ideas and requests.
Your order will be processed when your payment clears. If you are paying by check through Paypal please be aware and understand that your order will not be processed until your check clears the bank.
Orders are typically processed and put into production within 24 hours. If you cancel an order after 24 hours has passed then you will be charged a 25% stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
All prints are shipped safely and flat in a rigid photo mailer.
Please refer to your item description for your estimated shipping time. Orders are custom made unless stated otherwise in the description as IN STOCK.
Shipment is via USPS, with tracking numbers unless stated otherwise.
If you need your order sent to another address please leave special instructions and contact me when placing your order.
If you require that your purchase is received by a particular date please notify me before ordering to ensure delivery. I can not guarantee a specific ship date if you do not make arrangements with me prior to placing your order.
For International Orders:
ANY AND ALL customs fees, taxes, tariffs are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. International returns are not accepted.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase but in the event there is a defect with your item, you may contact me regarding a return. In most cases you will be offered an identical replacement. In some cases you may qualify for a monetary refund. (All monetary refunds are less the shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.) The following guidelines must be followed to qualify for a return and/or refund:
• Notify me within 7 days of your item(s)' delivery date (per tracking information.)
• I ask that you email me photographs of any defects or problems.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees and items must be returned in their original (or identical) packaging and original condition.
I recommend that you acquire a tracking number with your return shipment as I can not be held responsible for lost items.
Custom items can not be returned. This applies to all pillow covers, cell phone cases, personalized merchandise, large format (10x13 and larger) and/or framed prints.
International Orders are also non returnable and non refundable. Please note that while I do provide a customs number for International orders, I can not track it once it leaves the United States and therefore I can not be held responsible or give you replacements or refunds for non delivery to you.

All images are printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Professional Paper Super Type (unless otherwise noted) for superior color and duration.
Prints are unframed (unless stated otherwise.) Contact me for your framing and matting needs.
Some cropping may occur to accommodate sizing. If this is a problem please contact me for other options.
