About

My main influences come from the diversity, yet interconnectedness of Nature.

My shop grew out of necessity both material and spiritual.
I like doing different things all the time. It helps keep me interested.
All my elk antler is shed and cruelty free. Because I do not have a problem with hunting done respectfully, I use both hunted and shed deer antler. Unless it is stated as shed, I am not sure which is which once it's cut up. So, the elk antler and tagua nut (vegetable ivory) are alternatives for people who have issues with hunting; just as my reversible, velvet / brocade bags are alternatives to the beaded, leather bags.

I love doing custom orders because I love to give someone exactly what they want; and because it pulls me out of my comfort zone often by trying something new, whether it's the design, style or color, for example. But a lot of my projects are done in what I unceremoniously call "batches" that are basically collections. Using a basic, tested template for whatever I am making - pouches, beaded crystals, boxes, amulet necklaces - I vary each piece so they are all individual and one of a kind. I find that by doing several at a time, each step of the process, it actually saves more time than if I did them all individually. It also makes it fun and stimulating. I can't wait to see what the final product looks like after visualizing it in my mind. Then, begins the hunt to find a home for my little creations.

Here at Andromeda Enterprises, we highly value satisfied customers, and even if it means just giving a speedy refund, we want you to be happy here. We value your feedback. One of its many uses is it helps me write listings, when I know how our customers use our products.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
I accept Paypal, credit cards through direct checkout, and etsy gift cards.
Shipping
I ship first class so, in the continental United States, an item should be received approximately within one week (usually 3-4 days) of placing the order.
Also, do consider allowing extra time during holidays.

If you wish priority mail (2-3) days in the US), please contact me before your purchase so I can make a custom listing.

I use post office tracking in the United States. The tracking number also allows for estimates of arrival time. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow up on the tracking and provide a secure and current location for delivery. Generally the post office does an amazing job, but the buyer must participate to ensure a safe and happy delivery.

Internationally, I ship first class, so it generally takes a week to two weeks.
If you would prefer parcel post (2-4 weeks) which is a lot cheaper; please contact me.
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and duties.

I use new, upcycled and recycled products for my packaging. I don't use plastic or styrofoam, so everything is recyclable.

I include a packing slip with the recipient's address and purchase price on it. If it is a gift and you don't want the price listed, just let me know at time of purchase and I can remove it from the packing slip.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will repair, replace any product damaged by normal wear and tear within a year's time of purchase; and return it, for free. Usually, I can repair most minor damage for free, or a small fee, plus shipping, after that.
In order to return a purchase, It must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the date of purchase in order to receive a refund. Postage is included in the refund.
The buyer must return the item unused and undamaged in order to receive a full refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
For most custom orders, approximately half payment is required at time of order, and the rest due upon completion. I send pictures of the item first to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will do my best to meet all requests.
