A true test of an amazing ring is that I don't even know it is on my finger, and every time I look at it, I smile :) The story of how I came to purchase this ring: My previous wedding band was made from Koa wood, which I loved; however, it was not a life-friendly ring. I took my ring off one day and set it on my counter before getting in the hot tub. When I returned to the house, I looked everywhere for my ring but couldn't find it. I entered another room and found a tiny piece of my ring on the ground. While I was in the hot tub, my klepto puppy decided to counter-surf, found my ring, and decided it would be a great chew toy. Note to self, don't buy a wood ring!

Chilly, the artisan who made the ring I ordered (which is beautiful) was exceptional in his communication. I had made a couple of blunders with the sizing and each time he was nothing but gracious and prompt in his replies. He even offered to make a new ring for me, at no cost, when my son decided he preferred to wear it on a smaller finger. Kindness is what is sorely missing in much of business.
