Frequently asked questions

How long will it take for a personalized item to be completed and shipped?

Personalized orders typically take around 3 business days to complete and ship. I will send you a proof of the engraving around 1 business day. Once you approve the item it will be engraved and shipped in 1 to 3 business days.

Custom and personalized orders

If I don't hear back from a customer within 7 business days after I have sent a mockup of the personalized engraving, I will only give a partial credit back for the order. $10 or 20% of the order (whichever greater) will be charged for the time involved in creating the mockup.

If the customer wants to continue with the order after it's been cancelled, I will create a custom order per your request and will subtract the amount previously charged.
