I have ordered from this shop before in the past and loved the item. That was a few years ago. This time around, the item did not ship on time and after a few days I contacted the shop owner. I did not get a response to either of the two messages I sent so I opened a paypal dispute in case the shop was no longer active or if there was another reason my item hadn't shipped for over a week after the intended ship date and I had gotten no response. My item shipped a few days after the dispute opened and I was actually sent an extra hoop for the inconvenience. The items are great and the owner is a genuinely nice person. Thank you Angela for another outstanding item :) Don't let the delayed shipping turn you off to this shop. I am not sure if there is a personal life issue or what, but I do know yoh won't regret ordering from here.
what makes angelflie design?
Angela is and has always been a girly tom boy. She grew up making mud pies, hiking in the woods behind her house, wearing the same dress for weeks on end, playing with Barbies, and loving the Dolly Parton show because of her sparkly dresses.
She has traveled across the world working on design projects and lived in Portland, Oregon where she learned how to be a metalsmith. Today she lives in Dayton, Ohio and works out of her studio creating new collections when the “wave hits.”

I accept Paypal and any major credit cards. If there is no way for you to use paypal, simply contact me with all your cards info: type of card (ie., Visa, Mastercard, Discover), name on the card (the way it appears), the card number, the expiration date, the three or four digit code on the back of the card, your permission to run this info through my Squared Up App, and lastly, if you'd like me to send a receipt either to your e-mail or to your phone. If you have to pay by money or check order, it must clear through my bank account before I will ship your order.
If you wish to cancel your order is must be done within 24 hours of your purchase.

I do charge tax. 7.25% All sales will have this added on when you're checking out.
I use eco-friendly packaging and labels. They are resealable and biodegradable.
I use USPS First Class Parcel mail for all domestic orders, and most international orders unless noted otherwise or discussed with the customer. I do ship to everywhere, however when it's anything above a pair of nose rings, I have to ship Priority shipping with insurance when shipping to Australia. I use the flat rate small box; typically a $24 shipping cost. I also get a delivery confirmation on all domestic orders and will send you a tracking number once the item is on its way.
I ship every Monday and Thursday. Unless that following Monday for your order falls on a holiday; your order will go out the next day. This helps me cut down on gas, maintaining a smaller carbon footprint, and makes it over all a more efficient.
If you are super excited about getting your order or going out of town and the departure date is near, please account for the processing time and for shipping time before placing the order for first class mail. If you wish to upgrade your shipment to priority, each listing has a link to the upgrade. If you add this to your order, I will ship it out the next day for you regardless if it doesn't fall on a normal Monday or Thursday shipping day. If you want to upgrade to Express mail, simply contact me and I'll send an invoice for the amount owed.
I ship to the address provided on ETSY. Please make sure this address is correct or contact me immediately if it is not.
Domestic orders: Please only connect with me if your order has been OVER 10 business days since it was shipped.
International orders: Please connect with me if your order has been OVER 21 business days since it was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you think your item was lost in the mail:
If it has been more than 3 weeks for the USA and more than 6 weeks for international, I will send out another piece (if I have them in stock), at no charge. If I am out of stock, I can offer a full refund after the 3 or 6 week time period.
If the item arrives broken:
Provide a picture of proof and I will send another FREE OF CHARGE. If I have that item in stock, I will send out another immediately with a package inside with shipping on it for you to send back the broken item. Completely free of charge. If I don't have another, I can offer you a full refund.
The item broke for [some reason].
Please let me know what happened and provide a picture so I can learn what happened and depending on the circumstance; you can send it back for repairs FREE OF CHARGE. I guarantee my pieces because I believe life happens, and that my jewelry will stand the test of time.
The item was not what I wanted/not as described/totally different than the photos:
I try my absolute best to include photos for size, and describe measurements in inches and centimeters and millimeters in my descriptions. Understand that colors can vary from monitor to monitor. If you are totally unsatisfied with your purchase, due to THIS reason, I can offer you an exchange of anything of equal or less value from my shop or a store credit for the amount you purchased for.
Can you return items?
If for some reason you do not love your piece (except for custom orders) I will accept returns after 14 days. (This does NOT include nose rings due to health codes.) After that, no refund or return will happen. I only offer up to 50% refund, as I need to take restocking, shipping, time and materials into mind, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

i ship with re-useable packaging which is made from 100% recycled materials. the labels i use are fully biodegradable. i have cut down on the paper products i use during the cleaning process, and even my method for polished up my pieces is used with biodegradable solutions. angelflie design will continue learning more about sustainability and is glad we are moving forward in this direction.
Q: Do you make custom pieces?
A: Yes! I love doing custom pieces. I've done commissioned custom jewelry items for brides and for creative minds as well as special requests from any buyer. If you see a sold item you want, or a piece you want to change something about, or just an idea, head over to my custom request section!
Q: I can't afford this item yet, can you reserve it for me?
A: Yes, I will reserve any item for you for up to 1 week (7 days). If I do not receive a payment from you by the end of that time, I will take the reservation off and list the item as usual.
Q: Can I pay by lay-away or by payment plan?
A: If a piece is over $50, yes. I will set the item aside for you and we will work out the details of when I expect payments and how often. The item will ship once I receive the entire price of that piece. I do not offer these plans for pieces that are less than $50. If you do not meet deadlines for lay-away and do not contact me, the order will be cancelled.
Q: Can I pick this up in person?
A: I typically do not do transactions face-to-face. However everything is subjective and I can make exceptions. I will not refund the shipping for I've still had to use gas and time to get to our meeting place. Thank you for understanding.
Q: Can you make this necklace/these earrings longer/shorter?
A: Absolutely. Either drop a note with the preferred length in the 'message to the seller' when you check out or send me a message via the link above this question.
Q: I love your _______ jewelry design, could you do it in another color/size/metal/etc.?
A: Yes! I am open to custom requests on anything in my shop. If you have an idea for something else, want chain taken in, want a remake of a sold out item, etc., just find the link above this to contact me.
Q: Would you set up a special listing for wedding registry?
A: Oh, how I wish Etsy had registry - I feel your pain! Yes, I am happy to make a special listing just for you to point your guests toward. I do ask that you pay the listing/transaction fee for the registered listing, which is only $1, and will be paid for before listing. I will keep it up for the full 4 months Etsy allows for an item. If you would like it up longer, each 4 months is an additional $1. Contact me via the link above in this section if you are interested.
