Customers with PayPal accounts please be sure that your Etsy and PayPal shipping address match. This can cause delay in any shipments. When money is received and is cleared by the bank, I will then pack and ship your order within 3 to 5 business days. I don't accept checks, cashiers checks, or any other type of money orders except United States Postal money orders. United States Postal money orders must be made in the exact amount of purchase. Your order then will be put on reserve for one week before being release to the public for sale unless otherwise discussed.
Shipping
I use standard USPS shipping, and pack my creation with tender loving care. I ship to the address listed or the paypal address unless you specify otherwise. I ship within 3 to 5 days of cleared payments and all domestic shipping includes delivery confirmation. Please note: All Invoices are available online. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your order to arrive (most arrive much sooner) Also please be patient with orders if shipped outside the United States as some orders may be held up at the border.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final and per our policy. I cannot refund or exchange any body jewelry or earrings for hygienic purposes as they cannot be resold. I only accept returns on goods that are damaged during shipping. This is only the exception if contacted via E-mail within 2 days of receiving goods. Then I will repair or replace for a same or equal value of original purchase.

Once a order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Your order must go through the return & exchange procedure. Item can only be exchanged if returned NEW / UNWORN / TAGS/ ATTACHED in Original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges that are damaged, worn, altered, or submitted without return authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back via
COD to the customer.

All return postage is paid by the customer and the item(s) must be received within 5 business days of receipt.

If we no longer carry your item will issue a store credit valid for 30 days!

3) Have the mail held at your local Post Office™ so it can be picked up later.
