Angelic Inspirations - Inspired by my Angel daughter in Heaven - (Angelina Rose 7/11/13 - 9/07/13)

Welcome to Angelic Inspirations. My name is Melissa and I am very happy and blessed to offer my dresses here on Etsy. I am located in Mobile, Alabama and I am a single Mommy (widowed in the summer of 2017) striving to be Super Mom (just like you). I have had five children but my most recent baby (Angelina Rose) returned to her heavenly father at 2mths old in 2013, and I started Angelic Inspirations in her Honor and Memory. My only living daughter is the model in most of the photos shown here. I love to use customer photos when I receive them. I take pride in my work and my customer service and will try to make sure I do everything possible to ensure your complete satisfaction in creating the perfect dress or outfit for your Princess. I do not have helpers or workers, everything is made by me. Keep in mind that all my designs are hand drawn without patterns or cutters and that I am not a seamstress or artist and slight imperfections are to be expected and no two are completely identical as each one is hand made. If you have any problems or are disappointed with your order, please message me and tell me what I can do to improve the quality of the item you purchased. I am open to all criticism and suggestions. We are here for you and we love making you and your Princess happy.
All items that are sold here are hand made, hand drawn designs and hand cut so they are not perfect but we try our best. There may be slight differences from the photos shown or when purchasing more than one of the same item as no two hand made items can be identical. Please read the item description (as description may vary from the photo) before your purchase and message me with any questions you may have.
If a problem has occurred with your purchase, please inform us immediately, so that the problem may be resolved and everyone is happy :)

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or GIVE REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS. All items sold are custom made or personalized items We will exchange for EXACT SIZE/STYLE ITEM ONLY at our discretion when determined the item is damaged and if we are responsible. All sales are FINAL. Items are sold "AS IS".
NO refunds will be given.
We will do our best to work with you to resolve any problems you may have. We strive to get your order to you by your desired date and that you are happy with the order. If you are missing anything from your order please contact me immediately to get it to you as soon as possible. We also hope you do understand that no one is perfect and sometimes in busy holiday seasons these things do happen, (such as a missing cape or tiara or wand ect.)
Payment
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of your purchase. Please be sure that you want the item before purchasing it.
Shipping
My dresses are shipped USPS, and during the very busy Holiday times (Sept - Jan 1st) shipping will be much longer than normal due to the amount of orders coming in and the amount of packages the postal service has to deliver. In very cold winter months, extreme winter temperatures, snow storms and or blizzards may cause mail carrier delays, allow extra time in the Winter season. Please make a note of your needed by date or message me to see if I can fit you in, especially if your garment is needed for or before an upcoming Holiday, thanks so much. *Please make sure the shipping address on your order is a valid address as I am not responsible for your incorrect address or for any postal delays or postal mishaps or any natural disasters or extreme weather conditions. Additional policies and FAQs
When an item is marked as SOLD OUT it generally means I simply cannot handle anymore orders for that particular item at this time. Once some of the pending orders have been shipped the SOLD OUT will be removed and you may purchase the item. I love to meet and chat with each and every one of you, but please during busy holiday seasons (Halloween) when I am swamped with orders, please understand I may not answer messages as quickly as normal, as I am working hard to complete your orders. I try my best to answer each person who writes me in a timely manner. During regular seasons with no upcoming holidays you can feel free to chat with me all day if you would like, I am here for you. I am a Mom just like you and I understand that your children are the most important thing in your life, as are mine. I look forward to talking with each of you and creating the perfect outfit for your Princess for any special day or just for play dress up time.
