COVID-19 has made changes all across the US and my business isn't exempt from these. Shipping transit times have exponentially increased and foreign orders are especially delayed. Some of my suppliers remain closed. My staff is back at work and we're working and filling orders.
Purchased items are shipped in plastic bags that are placed in a jewelry gift box inside a bubble-wrap mailer. Items are ready to gift or keep for you! All items are shipped with USPS tracking. The sizes of my items are clearly stated in my descriptions. If you are unsure that an item will be the correct size for you please refer to a micrometer or ruler for verification prior to purchase. Thank you.

If you wish to return your merchandise for a merchandise refund you must contact me within 3 days of receipt. I will not accept returns outside of this time window. No refunds are given for shipping charges. Please note that natural gemstones will vary in cut size up to 1 mm as a normal occurrence and that color and clarity variations are normal and do not constitute "not as described".
Merchandise refunds do not process until returned merchandise is received. Returns must be in unworn condition. I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN THE ORIGINAL BUBBLE MAILER. YOU MUST USE NEW PACKAGING FOR REFUNDS. I shipped your item in a NEW mailer to insure that it would arrive in good condition and reused bubble mailers make it impossible to ascertain shipping damage for returns. Any damage due to shipping will be your responsibility. I WILL CHARGE YOU A $10 RESTOCKING FEE IF your item if it is not shipped in NEW protective packaging, if it is NOT shipped as a package (do not ship as a letter; automated equipment will crush unprotected items) or the item is not returned with original interior packaging of the item (plastic bag inside the box) inside the mailer you will be responsible for any additional mailing costs or damage to merchandise incurred as a result of incorrectly packaging your return.
I accept custom orders and commissions with the caveat that CUSTOM ORDERS AND COMMISSIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE NOR RETURNABLE FOR EXCHANGE. These items are made for you at your request and your comprehension of this is appreciated.

I was concerned they would be small, but they were the a nice size on the ear - large enough to be noticable without being a hassle. The stones were as dark as the listing picture and placed securely in the silver setting. I do, however, wish the posts were a little longer to accommodate thicker earlobes.

Very comfortable, You can shower and sleep with them in and they won't irritate ( Ear-itate 😆🤪 sorry, lol ) sensitive ears. 10/10 shopping experience, 10/10 shop and 10/10 shop owners 🖤🌈💙🥰😍😊

The rainbow color is beautiful ( true rainbow 🌈 ) and very comfortable + adjustable for smaller and larger ears, No irritation for sensitive ears at all😊 Fun little gift for yourself and others. It stays on perfectly, you won't have to worry about losing it like you do some ( most ) ear cuffs. Highly, highly recommend this awesome shop, Jewelry is unique and quality. Customer service is wonderful, Very fast to respond and lovely to talk too 😊 I will get the blue ear cuff very soon! 😋😊💙🖤

Payment
Shipping
All items are securely bagged in clean recycled plastic bags, boxed in a jewelry gift box and sent in a padded mailer (usually 9" x 6") by USPS First Class with Tracking. Larger items are sent in small sturdy cardboard boxes.
If you don't receive your item please contact the USPS with your tracking information and request delivery verification. Once an item is accepted by the USPS there's nothing I can do to assist you in tracking your package unless it's returned to me as non-deliverable; you have the same information access as I do via the tracking number. As a rule I send an email with the USPS tracking number once I've shipped. Please understand I have no control over USPS scanning items in a timely fashion and shipping updates are at the discretion of the USPS.
If shipping outside of the US is requested BUYER AGREES TO PAY any additional costs incurred, including customs charges. Please convo me for details if your shipping destination is not listed. USPS is usually the most economical service for international shipping but I am willing to ship via other services if requested (and paid for).
Please note that once international items are shipped there is nothing I can do about customs delays and I accept NO responsibility for delays due to this. The USPS reps I've talked to say that packages in transit aren't considered lost until at least 30 days has passed (I've gotten different answers at different times) for domestic and 45 days for international.
Additional policies and FAQs
My items are nickel-free! While I hope you never need a repair if you should find that your item requires one please convo me. I repair for free if it's my workmanship issue; otherwise it is on a case-by-case basis. If the item has suffered damage I may still be able to repair; convo for details.
I am happy to create layaway listings if you would like to purchase a piece or pieces I have listed. Reservations are available for items (you may combine to get to the total) that are over $100. I will create a reserved listing for you that reflects the payment schedule you request. All layaway listings will have a deadline of 180 days unless otherwise specified. Layaway listing payments are forfeit after 180 days if the listing is not paid in full or other arrangements are made.
I take some commissions and am happy to accommodate many of your design ideas. If you have something in mind that you think I would be the right artist for please convo me! Some commissions will require a down payment prior to work; if your idea is one of those I will convey that clearly prior to listing. Please do not request me to make copies of licensed intellectual properties as I will not make them.
