Thanks for visiting my shop. Below are answers to a few common questions related to custom orders, , shipping, payment, returns and general shop policies.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
WHAT IS THE REFUND
Refunds and /or exchanges are always welcome. I want you to be 100% satisfied! You are responsible for the return shipping costs and all returns must be within 14 days of receipt. I will issue a refund or exchange on items returned in original condition. Custom orders are not eligible for a refund see below.


REGARDING CUSTOM ORDERS (On temporary break from custom orders)
I have realized that I am too dependent on photos for reference and when I don’t find the ones with the right angle, pose, or gesture that I am looking for it becomes very frustrating for me to create what I want. This frustration is a good thing thou, because it has inspired me to go back to the drawing board. For this reason, I will no longer be taking on commission pieces. When this need in my life has been fulfilled, I plan to return to creating for others to enjoy. Please continue to follow me and find the joys of life through art. I plan to continue posting my journey.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES?
I accept payments by Paypal, Credit Cards, Etsy Giftcards.


HOW DO I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
You can also use PayPal which will allow you to use your credit cards without a PayPal account. When you Checkout, just choose PayPal and use the option " I do not have a PayPal account". Click "continue" and follow the instructions.

California residents will be charged sales tax.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
All work is packed and handled with care.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
I ship on Fridays, In some cases some artwork is hanging in business and I will need more time to pick it up if so you can expect your artwork within 2-3 weeks from order. If you have any questions about availability of art please don't hesitate to contact me

CAN I GET MY ITEM FASTER?
Yes, If you need anything shipped overnight, let me know and I will give you the pricing for you to approve before expediting the item.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Yes, You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number as soon as your order ships. The notification is sent to the email address you provide me.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all the original packaging for the shippers’ inspection. The refund will be issued by the shipper and not AngiesGallery. Insurance is purchased with all shipments over 100$.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK?


• Keep out of direct sunlight as much as possible.
• Feather dust regularly
• Use soft cloth and water to clean as needed, and use soap sparingly for stains that water cannot remove.
• Major issues like soot/smoke/water damage the customer should take the work to a restorer, not have you deal with it.

HOW DO I CARE FOR PRINTS?
They should be kept out of direct sunlight as much as possible
They should be matted and framed with UV glass
