It Started with Things I Love

Hi my name is Jill
I have a husband named Paul and a tiny little cat named Zoe. Zoe has a cat named Taxi

I'll paint anything that doesn't move which is why I have a giant bright turquoise head board in my bed room.

I drink a lot of coffee and know way to much about Starbucks.

I come from a long line of incredibly creative women. My grandmother was a dancer and costume designer for the Seattle Repertory Ballet. My great grandmother was an amazing, award winning oil artist. I like to think I carry some of their traits.
I design jewelry.
I'm having a love affair with my camera
and I work in the visual arts selling wholesale picture frame mouldings to amazing artists and designers.

The shops name comes from a painting that I made for my sister when she graduated collage. She talked me into starting this business so to do her honor I included her in naming my shop and the Iris is my logo.

Etsy is the perfect place to find unique items made by talented artisans and crafters and I am proud to be a member of such a diverse community. As an Etsy shopper I appreciate the individual attention that Etsy sellers give their customers and I strive to offer the best customer service possible.

I love my customers and get the biggest kick out of shipping packages overseas. I have a map that I mark all the exotic locals that my items have gone off to.

Payment is expected at time of purchase.

Purchases made by check/Money Order will be shipped as soon as I receive the payment - That means clearing the bank.

Payment is expected at the time of purchase.

Shipping
All of my shipping is done by UPS or USPS and in most cases will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Priority shipping is always available, just let me know before purchasing the item so I can adjust the shipping charges

**IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE: Please refer to my Refund and Exchange section for instructions.

If you need something shipped overnight or priority please let me know and I'll speed things up for an additional shipping charge.

Insurance is available at an additional charge.

In most cases if a package is lost or damaged in transit and there is no insurance there is nothing that can be done.
I will make every effort to package your purchase with the utmost care, but, if loss or damage occurs and there is no insurance there will be little that I can do.

Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged in Shipping ~
If you receive an item that has clearly been damaged in transit by the shipper "PLEASE REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY" to both me and the shipper. Both UPS & USPS have time limits on filing a claim and I need to know as soon as you receive the package so I can take care of any issues and keep you a happy customer.
YOU MUST ALSO: Keep the packaging that you received the item in
Shippers often want to inspect the packaging before going forward with a claim.

Jewelry Refund/Exchange ~
Because items can look different on different screens, I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Jewelry can be returned, less shipping, if you let me know within 5 days of receiving the item.
If an Item is received damaged please contact me as soon as you get the piece so I can make arrangements for repair, I want to be sure you can show it off and be proud to wear it.

Vintage Items~
Because items can look different on different screens, I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Items can be returned , less shipping, if you let me know within 5 days of receiving the item.

Photography and Prints ~
If a piece of "paper art" is received damaged please contact me right away, so a claim can be filed and a replacement arranged for.
