Can I cancel my order?
If you placed an order in error or changed your mind after purchasing, please kindly request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, I will issue a full refund. In case the cancellation is requested after 24 hours of purchase and your order is already being made/printed, the refund will not be accepted.
Do you accept returns?
Please contact me within 30 days from the day of delivery in case I have shipped you an incorrect/damaged item. I will gladly reprocess your order if the customer can provide close-up photos (with measuring tape) or defective areas on the item. However, if the error is not from my end, I will not be able to accept returns at this time since my products are made-to-order.
• What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?
Please make sure your name and shipping information is correct. I can only go off of what Etsy supplies me. I are therefore not responsible for shipments to the wrong address.
Lost packages will ONLY be replaced when it's confirmed with the shipping company that an order is truly lost in transit.

My order says delivered but I never received it
Sometimes, the carrier might mark a package as delivered even if it is still on their truck or was delivered to the wrong address. First, contact your local post office to inquire about the package's location or submit a Help Request online with the carrier. If the package remains missing or the carrier cannot assist, please contact me for further steps.
Can I exchange for another or receive a refund?
Since I create custom made-to-order items tailored specifically to your requests, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake on my part. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me and I will address any issues
