The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All orders are custom and we do not do returns but will do exchanges if something was done incorrectly on our part. You MUST put and seal the sent cups back in the package and put RETURN TO SENDER and put back in your mailbox. Once I have received those cups I will then ship out the new ones.

If any product is damaged while in route to you I will replace the product only, but you will need to contact me no later than 24 hours after the product has arrived at your doorstep.

Please allow up to1 week for replacement.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards and payments made through PayPal.
I will not start on a design until the item has been paid in full.
Shipping
TURN AROUND TIME FOR ALL ITEMS IS 1-2 WEEKS. Unless you purchase a rush order, in which the order will be shipped within 3-4 days.

All Items ship USPS, Monday- Friday, Priority 2-3 day shipping.

All International orders ship USPS First Class mail. If you are an international buyer and would like faster shipping, please select rush shipping.

IMPORTANT--If we agree on a rushed date of shipping PLEASE be sure to add that date to the notes section upon checkout. I will have NO other way of knowing the promised shipped date unless it is in the notes section. If you fail to add the date I cannot guarantee that your purchase will arrive on time.

Please follow the steps I have outlined on each listing when purchasing. I use those notes to create and design each order.

If you don't leave a note upon checkout the order will come as pictured in the listing.

If some color choices are missing from the note I will choose what looks that matches best.

I DO NOT send proofs of custom designs, but I WILL contact you if I have any questions about your order specs or if some of the notes are unclear.

IMPORTANT-- If you have sent me a private message regarding an order before purchase you MUST put the details we discussed in the notes section at checkout. I will have NO other way of remembering those details as we design 100's of orders a day. If you fail to add the details in the notes I cannot guarantee that your purchase will be as we discussed.
