Announcement    Adornment to Awaken Your Energy
Yoga Inspired Torched Worked Glass and Metal Jewelry

Though you may be drawn to my work for its beauty, there is an unmistakeable energy to each piece. Combining decades of torch work and yoga practice has resulted in jewelry pieces that are infused with artistic skill and the creative flow of energy. This moving meditation practice fills me with joy. My buyers tell me time and time again they can feel this energy.

Each of the glass beads are made using a propane/oxygen torch, then annealed in a kiln for strength and durability. I fabricate the metal components by hand using torches, hammers, saws, and other specialized tools.

To help with your selection:
I've included both technical and energetic descriptions and use large format photos to show the details and quality of my work.

What people are saying about my work:
"Like throwing a pebble into water, the extraordinary energy of Anita Farrah's jewelry, ripples both within and throughout the Universe!"

"Anita's jewelry directly touches the heart. Each piece is uniquely crafted and made with love. It is both eloquent and healing."

"She has a unique, playful and sensitive ability to create pieces that is a feast for your eyes and opens your heart."

"Anita's work is exquisite, subtlety regal, and sometimes bold - in a quiet way. One can get lost looking at the fine details in the glass work, the color combinations and bead arrangements. Positive energy simply flows from the pieces."

Torchworked Glass & Metal Jewelry

After decades of working in the corporate world, I'm now living my dream life as a glass artist, yoga teacher, and life coach. Each of these things is about showing up fully; being fully alive and inspiring others. It has been like moving from black and white to full color.

I've been practicing yoga since the early '80s and it's taught me to listen inwardly for inspiration and guidance. In 2003 I knew it was time for a big change and my meditation practice helped me to move forward. I took my first glass class with two girlfriends and was hooked instantly. I loved the way the molten glass moved and the alchemy of mixing colors. It became my moving meditation practice.

Over the years I have been able to study with many gifted teachers and it has helped me to evolve in my glass making and now into metal smithing.

Each piece is unique and handmade by me in my Arizona studio. What you see is all me. I make the glass beads, almost all of the metal findings, do the photography, the shop listings, shipping, and accounting. A labor of love.

Because I believe in the power of subtle energy, each piece is taken to one of my yoga classes to infuse it with yogic energy. Though you may be drawn to a piece for its beauty, it may also help raise your vibrational energy.
Namaste, Anita
