General Info:
Turnaround Time: I usually have my current turnaround time listed in my shop announcements, Facebook page, and all my listings. If you’re unsure, send me a message and I’ll tell you. Certain things, like small accent kits, take less time while full orders can take a couple months.
**My current turnaround time is 4 weeks!**

Deposit: If you prefer not to pay the entire total upfront, I am able to take a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total price. The other 50% plus shipping cost is due before shipment of the dreads. Contact me if you’d like to take advantage of this payment plan.

Shipping: I send packages within the US priority, which comes with a tracking number and usually takes 1-3 business days.
International packages are sent first class with no tracking. International shipping is often unpredictable. I have no way of knowing when your package will arrive. Contact me if you’d like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking.

Custom Orders: If you’re looking for something specific that you don’t see in my etsy shop, don’t hesitate to contact me. I will most likely be able to work with you.

How long do they last?
They will last a lifetime, as long as you take good care of them. They will get a little fluffy after each wear. If needed, you can send them back to me anytime and I will reseal them for you free of charge.

How long can I leave them in my hair?
You can leave them in up to 2 months, depending on how fast your hair grows.

How do I put them in?
With the single ended dreads, what you will basically be doing is a 3 way braid. Each dread will have a loop at the top. Take a section of your hair, split it into two, and pull one of the sections of hair through the loop. Pull the dread all the way to the top, and start braiding.
Double ended dreads will already be folded in half. Take a section of your hair and split it into two. Put the folded part of the dread over one of the sections of your hair so that each side of the dread hangs on either side of the section of hair. Then take the two sections of your own hair, and one side of the dread and do a basic three way braid. Leave the other side of the dread out.
It takes a little practice but it is easy once you get the hang of it. You will probably want a buddy to help you with the back ones.

Can I wash them?
Yes you can definitely wash them! I recommend using diluted Dr Bronner's Soap but you can use any shampoo. It helps if you mix some shampoo with water, and then pour it over your head and lather, concentrating on the scalp. You don't need to worry too much about washing the dreads themselves, because they are made of synthetic fiber and don't really attract oil and dust. If they get a little funky smelling, you can put some essential oils in them.

How long does my hair have to be?
At least 3 inches.

Can I dye them?
No, they are made out of synthetic fiber and not meant to be dyed.

Why does it take so long to get my order?
Making synthetic dreads is extremely time consuming. I put a lot of love into each dread to ensure the quality of your order.
