Payment have to be made immediately unless we are informed about your situation beforehand, we will understand and adjust to your needs. Convo us.
For e-check payments, I will only ship your item out after your e-check payment clears
We accept Paypal and all Credit/Debit cards or ECheck payments via Paypal only. You don't need a Paypal account to use paypal's credit card payment services. But we reserve the right to reject any credit card payment via unverified paypal account.

We accept the following:
Paypal in USD (overseas)
POSB/DBS or UOB bank transfer (Singaporeans)
Interbank (We accept inter-bank transfer only if you inform us beforehand)
All orders will be sent via Registered Air Mails with tracking provided.
Package will be delivered to doorstep and will require the recipient's signature upon delivery. YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE!
Tracking number will be updated via etsy n paypal payment after posting.
*You are advise to check back for the tracking number.
All orders will be ship out within 3-5 business/working days via registered mail with ADDRESS provided in the ETSY invoice. We will NOT ship to your paypal address unless otherwise contacted by you.
(Business/working days do not include weekends and public holidays we have in Singapore) We do not ship on Fridays and weekends.
International airmail usually takes 10-20 business/working days but sometimes it takes longer 4-6 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) from date of posting.
Mails are always out of our country on the 3rd-5th working day from date of posting and it all depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Everything is beyond our control once we ship package out.
Mails within Singapore usually take 1-2 working days from date of posting.
(Working days do not include weekends and public holidays that we have here in Singapore)
You are able to track & trace parcels using the following your country's post office online site (example. USPS tracking)
In any events that the package is sent back to us because
1. You aren't available to sign for your package or
2. You did not collect it after notification card is being left
You will need to pay for registered shipping again. We will not refund for a returned package unless the item you received was faulty and need a replacement(with conversations exchanged)
Lost mail: If the registered package did not reach you in 6 weeks, please take the initiative to track your package with your local post using the tracking number provided and update us with details.
We will do any follow-ups and if required, we will track the package too with our post office but before we go more into that, we will advise you to check with your local postal delivery because our postal delivery will not have any updates if your side of delivery did not update the system.

→ (FOR USA BUYERS) ♥ Only mails to USA are slower which usually takes more than 10 working days.
According to my experience, USPS will not do any updates on the tracking unless it reaches your delivery base etc and starts delivering to your address. I have all proof of sending. Ask me for the tracking receipt if needed. If not, the tracking number is the one you need to track your package. USE singpost.com and it will tells you when was the package delivered to USA then all it depends on your country's delivery post. Track with your delivery post office! And you have to sign for your package. If someone else sign it, check with your family members or if other people sign on your behalf, this is serious matter, You need to contact your post delivery right away because they might even sign for your credit cards(registered mail). No kidding!
Refunds and Exchanges
I don't take the responsibility for lost package once it's shipped out from my country but we will do whatever we should at our end to track down the package.
You are advise to track the package with your post office using the tracking number provided by us.
★★ Please note we cannot accept earring hooks, studs etc as returns due to hygiene.
If item received are not of your satisfaction whereby item is faulty or damaged during shipping, please contact us by convos immediately upon receiving or within 7 days after receiving the package. We will work something out to make sure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.
★ We update with tracking number after package sent so if the package was unclaimed and it came back, we WILL NOT make refund. You WILL have to make a top up for the shipping again for us to ship it out.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Our products are taken under natural light. The color of the products may vary slightly from that observed in the pictures shown because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We do our best to portray actual colours as close as we can.
★ Jewelry Care: Please take more care in your jewelry so they last longer. Remove your jewelry and store them well in cool dry place and make sure they do not in touch with water/sweat especially when you are doing sports, bathing/showering, swimming etc.
Wash all Jewelry with dish washing liquid(No harsh strong chemical) and water. Make sure you dry them thoroughly before storing them in ziplocks/air tight containers.
Packing of items:
We try to reduce the usage of non-recycled items.
You will see recycled item used for packaging.
(Magazines, Doily, Knitting thread, bits and pieces crafts left over are used to tie our packages.)
Bubblewrap, Ziplocks n little plastic storage bags are the only non-recycled items we might use to store the items and this is to ensure item reach you safely.
Some items do not come in boxes.
If box space is allowed, we might pack more than 1 item in a box.
Please request for craft box if required. There will be additional charge of USD$1 for craft box.
