Hello. My name is Anna Belle and I love to create. Creating has always been my passion and I feel, to some degree, there's nothing I can't do, or at least try. Thank you for taking a look at my shop. Returns and exchanges
If a mistake has been made by you and the item has been customized it will be at your expense to have a new item re-made if that is what you choose to do.
If we have made an error on your item please let me know and I will correct it as quickly as possible (I am not a machine so occasionally this does happen). If a mistake has been made by me and you decide that you do not want it corrected and you opt for a refund your refund will be minus shipping fees paid once the item is returned to me.
If you have purchased a ready made (not personalized) item from my shop and you are not completely satisfied with the item please contact us. Ready made items can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped within 5 days of you receiving the item. Buyer pays for all postage fees for returned item and the exchanged item if that is the case.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Leaving neutral or negative feedback before communicating with a seller is poor Etsy etiquette. So please, before giving unsatisfied feedback, contact me first, so we can help you with any issues you may have with your order...as I'm sure you would appreciate the same treatment and respect. Feedback may potentially influence future customers.
Payment
At the end of your Etsy transaction you will have the option to pay with your Paypal account or by credit card.
*CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.
