Payments are accepted and processed directly on Etsy.
Shipping
Shipping is 2-3 day USPS Priority shipping for most items. Every once in a great while I have to use Parcel Post with USPS which is 2-8 days. This happens if the Priority shipping fee for me greatly exceeds what was charged for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Yes, returns are accepted, but I am very confident that we will hardly ever need to go there. I aim to make my customers 100% happy! So please let me know if you have any issues at all and we will try to fix it. If it is something that we cannot fix to your liking than I am happy to accept a return. You will simply need to mail it back to me and then I will shortly thereafter refund you for the item price. Let me know if you have any questions about my return policy. :)
