About

Making beautiful gowns under ethical conditions in Cambodia

I came to Cambodia in 2008 and fell in love with the place. Seeing opportunity to start my own bridal label I decided to stay and open my shop.

We have a physical shop in the heart of Phnom Penh where we do made to order clients and where we hold our sample collection.

It was an important part of building the brand that we not only have beautiful dresses but they are made to a very high standard and they are made under ethical conditions. We use our sewing workshop called Fairsew.

Opening our Etsy shop is allowing us to bring a little bit of Cambodia to you.

Returns and exchanges
Returns – We are confident that you will be totally happy with your Anne Noelle gown but in the event there is a defect or problem with the gown then we are happy to discuss solutions to the problem. We request that you take the time to speak with us about the situation before posting feedback on our page. In the very unlikely event that the resolution is to have the dress returned then the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and we charge a 20% restocking fee.
Payment
Payment – We take a 50% deposit on placement of your order to secure your fabric and order. The deposit is not refundable. The balance must be paid before we ship the finished garment.
Our Etsy shop accepts Pay Pal. If you don’t have a Pay Pal account it is very quick and easy to set up (then you can shop for more items on etsy as well!). If you would prefer a bank transfer or other options please get in touch with us via email info [!at] annenoelle.com
Cancellation – We make our gowns to your order so once the deposit has been received your deposit is not refundable. Once you receive your invoice please check to make sure your order is correct before paying the deposit to avoid any mistakes.
Pricing – All our gowns are priced in US dollars
Shipping
Shipping – Anne Noelle Bridal offers free shipping from Cambodia via DHL to all countries. If you wish to use another courier, please let us know when you place your order. There may be a surcharge for using another courier. Please provide a daytime street address for shipping. The courier services do not accept PO box addresses. To cover any issues such as loss or damage by DHL we also include insurance in the price of the shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping agent. Please deal directly with the shipper using the tracking number to follow up shipments.
The customer is responsible for any tariffs, duties or customs fees charged by the country of destination for the shipment. Please verify with the relevant authorities in your country to understand what fees would be payable for you to receive your shipment.
Additional policies and FAQs
Ordering

Placing an order – If you like a design and would like to order from us please message us with the information about which design you would like and we will send you an order form to complete. When we have all the details for the order confirmed we will send an invoice for you to make your deposit payment.

Timing – To receive your dress on time please book in early to allow for any possible and so you have the dress ahead of time to get alterations, choose shoes and get your accessories.

We need 8 to 10 weeks to get your dress to you. If you need an express service let us know and we can advise you if there is availability in our production schedule to make your dress. There is an additional fee of $150 for express orders.

Sizing – Our dresses come in standard sizes so you will need to have your measurements taken. When you place your order we will send you our measuring guide. Follow the guide and ask someone to take the measurements for you. To be safe we recommend asking a tailor or dressmaker to take them for you.

Once you have your measurements you will be able to select your size from our table. If you are not sure please send us your measurements and we will help you to choose the correct size.

We do offer a bespoke service to customize the sizing of the gown to fit you if you are not a standard size but as we will not meet you for fittings we do not guarantee perfect fit. Bespoke is an extra fee of $150.

Customization - If you like the top of one dress and the skirt of another or some combination of our styles then let us know as we can customize the dress for you. Please contact us for more information and a quote on this.
