What if something isn’t right with my order?
Quality is extremely important to me. I want you to LOVE the items you buy. Please message me directly if something needs my attention.
Where are your items made?
I have a list of production partners that help me produce everything. Whenever possible I have chosen for my items to be made or printed in the USA.
What is my money supporting?
I’m so grateful for every order! Your support allows me to pursue writing music that inspires and connects with you! It also allows me to continue designing fun lyric inspired products featured in the AnnieLynnShop.
Why don't you except returns, exchanges or cancellations?
I work with a variety of production partners that print each order on demand. This means I don't keep inventory on hand. So as soon as the item is ordered through Etsy it goes into production. Once it's done, your item will come directly from the facility I've chosen to work with. However, If something is not right with your order, please contact me directly and I will do everything I can to make it right. If for some reason I cannot complete your order, (for example a production partner company closes down unexpectedly or no longer can make the item) I will message you directly to explain the situation and provide a refund.
When will I get my order?
I cannot make any guarantees on shipping times. There is an estimated timeframe on each listing. Items are printed one at a time as ordered and fulfilled using a variety of production partners. Due to current challenges related to COVID-19 and increased holiday production and shipping demands this may result in delays. Please shop early this year. :) Every effort will be made to communicate the status of your order. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
