My fascination with beads began with my first purchase of some tiny olive green seed beads at a local craft store in my home town as a child (and yes, I still have some of them.) Beading was probably one of my first hobbies, making tiny bracelets and necklaces for family and friends as gifts. I am self taught, but I like to think that I got my love for beading in some small way, from my great grandmother, Alma Lee. I've been told that some of my beaded pieces look like something she might have made.

My style is very eclectic, and I work with a variety of media. I do not gravitate towards just one style.

I chose my business name, Annie Rose's Sunshine by combining my grandmother's name and my love for the bright and cheerful. And that description is exactly how I hope you feel after visiting Annie Rose's Sunshine.
