You often hear the stories of people staring with their dreams from scratch and building up to become the person/artist/creator that they always wanted ( or close).
It is not every day that you hear of people that didn't even have a scratch to start from.

Born in Bulgaria, fluent in German and Swedish, getting ready to begin a life in Germany as undergraduate student the best worst thing happened to me- I fell in love. I taught myself English ( and very proud of it) and began a new life not from scratch, but from the absolute zero in the US. Now that I am thinking about it, not even from zero, from under the sea level is more exact expression.

Being creative, curious and stubborn ( especially the last one) gave me the opportunity to brave 8 turbulent years that included creative wandering and job hopping, but led to the final step in the right direction- dropping everything else ( except my Masters degree, which I am finishing now) and opening my own Etsy store. Being paid for what you love doing, isn't that a dream job?

Since I opened the store I've been allowing myself to dream bigger than usual and consider my current endeavor a stepping stone in my artistic future. Will I get there? I surely hope so. The most important thing to me is that my family believes in me and that I believe in myself. The rest is yet to be delivered.
