From a 𝐖𝐄𝐁 𝐁𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐒𝐄𝐑 (not the Etsy app), sign in to 𝐄𝐭𝐬𝐲.𝐜𝐨𝐦 and go to 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Please be familiar with where your files are saved on your device or computer.
Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy.com on your mobile browser or a computer.
If you checked out as a 𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. This email may have been filtered into your email spam / junk inbox, or Social and Promotions tabs through Gmail.
The digital download JPG file/s are available immediately for download after purchase.
