PRODUCT CARE:
As I personally create each jewel with a lot of love and attention, I really want to explain to my customers how they should take care of their jewelry.
In general, since these are not industrial jewels, it is a good habit to treat them with a little more care in order to keep them in good condition for longer time.
The jewels you find in my shop are all jewels that, if you follow these small and simple instructions, you can wear them every day:
- avoid wearing them while showering
- do not wear them at the beach or in the pool
- for the rings: take your rings off when cleaning your hands with sanitizing gel.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR SILVER JEWEL OXIDIZES OVER THE TIME?
Silver is a beautiful precious metal that reflects the light (and shines) more than any other metal (even more than gold!). Over the time it undergoes a natural oxidizing process that can darken momentarily its surface. This can also dipend on the acidity (hp) of your skin and other external factors.
If this should occur, don't worry! There is a very quick and easy way to make your jewel come back to its natural splendor: clean it by rubbing it with a specific cloth to clean silverware. Do not add pastes or liquids to the cloth because they are not suitable for cleaning these type of jewels (especially with very engraved surfaces!). In a few seconds the dark patina will disappear!

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR SILVER JEWEL TURNS A SLIGHT YELLOWISH HUE OVER THE TIME?
Some jewels of my shop (for example the Anthos and the Mystic Silk collection) have been further more plated in a bath of silver to prevent them from natural oxidation.
Sometimes, due to external factors such as humidity or if not worn for a long time, the silver surface can turn a slight yellow shade that can be easily removed by gently rubbing a bit of baking soda with your fingers onto the jewel until the shade disappeares, and then rinse it off under running water.

GENERAL CLEANING TO DO ONCE IN A WHILE (FOR BOTH GOLD AND SILVER):
I suggest, for both gold and silver jewels, especially for rings with engraved surfaces, to clean them, once in a while, from dirt, skin products, parfumes, creames, sweat that deposit on the surface and in the tiny engravings taking away its brightness.
In what way? Very easy: just brush your jewel gently with a soft toothbrush and a bit of mild hand soap under running water and in no time it will look new again!!

CUSTOM MADE AND BESPOKE ORDERS:
Very important note!!!
In the case of jewels (especially rings) custom made and bespoke orders, if, due to a customer error the measurement is not correct, I will not accept returns or replacements and I will not make the resizing of the ring (or other jewel). For this reason I invite my kind customers to pay close attention when taking the size of their finger because once I have made a ring, or other, specifically for them I will not be able to modify it or refund it !!!!!

RING SIZES:
If you have any doubts about the sizes of the rings, before purchasing the product, please contact me!
I remind my kind customers that, as regards the rings made on commission, if there is any size error (due to a customer error) I will NOT be able to replace it, modify it or refund it !!!
As for the ready-made rings (therefore NOT those to be made on commission) I remember that, once purchased, the size cannot be changed or modified because this type of work would damage the jewel and therefore the only thing I can do is refund it!

I can make personalized jewels, but I remind my kind customers that, once I have personalized a jewel, it can no longer be modified or returned!
