The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders

Having said that, if you are concerned about anything once your package arrives, let us know, we will work together to reach a solution.
Loss or damage during shipping will be covered under insurance through Canada Post or a claim can be made if paid through Paypal. Additional insurance can be purchased, please inquire prior to purchase. Should this ever occur, we are more then happy to start a claim or help you with the claim process. Either way you will not be left on your own to deal with it.
If you are unhappy or feel we misrepresented item we will accept a return within 14 days, Must have tracking and at buyers expense. Will issue refund once we receive item. Item cost only.

We do our very best to provide accurate details and clear pictures from all angles.
Remember we are ALWAYS happy to take specific pictures just ask :) Do not be shy, it is your purchase after all and you are allowed to see specifics!
Please also remember all items at Antique Alchemy are pre-owned and loved. They may have minor scratches or ding's from age or Beautiful Patina, We always specify and post pictures in ad if there is noticeable damage or markings so you have no surprises!
PLEASE note our hunt takes us all over and we can never know weather there was smoke or animals, we do our very best to insure everything is clean with out damaging product.
Communication is key, so please ask anything! Email as much as you need and never feel bad about asking questions or asking for extra pictures or additional info.

-We Offer Layaway as Well as Reservation if you see an item you like but want to pay for it in a few days, This insures you dont lose your item. Just message us with the item and we will reserve it for you. No charge or fee.
-We accept ALL Major Credit Cards and Paypal
-Canadian customers can pay with an email Money Transfer, Please convo us for details.

Shipping
We are huge on communication, If you do not advise us that you need your item in a rush we don't know. So if you feel you want to leave negative feedback due to our shipping, Please reconsider your purchase, We dont want to sound harsh, But we are very upfront and open and happy to help and very clear about whats to be expected when shopping with us.
PLEASE NOTE:
-Any VAT or Import Taxes are NOT the responsibility of Antique Alchemy and we will not accept returns for this reason.
-Due to postal issues we NO LONGER Ship to Russia or Thailand.
We print all shipping directly off Paypal or Etsy, this protects you as the buyer and us as the sellers, In the event that there is an issue with loss or damage it will be covered.
We now require all packages to be shipped with tracking due to recent issues with lost packages. This protects you and us. If you wish to go with a lower rate and no tracking please message but we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packaging.
If you have any questions or concerns or need us to double check a shipping price, please message us, we are always happy to help!
We try to when we can, be green and recycle, So with larger items we may use recycled boxes, in good shape only I promise, We are picky :)
Smaller items that are sent in an envelope are all new envelopes as we purchase in bulk to keep cost down for our customers. If this is of concern, please email us, We are more then happy to purchase a new box and add a small handling charge.
We only charge ONLY actual cost based on weight and size. If we are over on our cost significantly we will refund the difference, no questions asked, We do not want to make a profit to get our items out to you ever, but mistakes can happen.
