Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority! I try to respond to all orders usually within 24 hours. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Payment is due within 7 days by PayPal, Google Wallet, money order or cashier's check unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance. Personal checks require approval first and will need 10 days to clear before your item will be shipped. Credit card payment is available through PayPal or Google Wallet only.
Unless I am running a special which includes shipping, the buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses which will be quoted at time of purchase. Insurance is mandatory and will be included in the shipping quoted. I do my best to pack carefully. Jewelry is generally shipped in a clean, new jewelry box inside a bubble mailer via USPS First Class mail. Larger orders are sent via Priority Mail. I am always happy to combine orders to help save on shipping.
I do ship internationally, but please e-mail for shipping costs if not included, as they will differ from those stated in my description.
Refunds and Exchanges
1.If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, less a restocking fee of 10% (unless the item is not as described).
2.My goal is happy customers, so please know I'll work with you to make things right. I will acknowledge your return request within 3 days.
3.You will need to ship the item back within 3 days of the acknowledgement:
■The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
■I highly recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
■The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise.
4.After I receive the the returned item and verify it is as originally sent, I will issue a full refund within 3 days.
