Custom and personalised orders
We accept customized and personalised orders, if you don't find anything you desire for in the store, please message us with the inspiration images or the idea and we will be pleased to custom make the desired jewelry for you.
Customization is simple with us and it's a easy process.
1) Once the order is placed, we will share the CAD (mockup) for approval.
2) Upon approval, we will share stone images and video for approval.
3) Once good to go, we will complete the jewelry and final images and video will be sent prior shipping for approval.
4) Once approved, it will be securely packed in beautiful ready to gift box.

Layaway or Payment Plans
We are very flexible with payment plans. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. Minimum payment of 30% is required to start the order.
You just need to contact us and we will set up a payment plan.
I'll begin to make the ring after I receive the first payment, ring will be shipped after compete payment is received.
Please contact us and we will find the best payment plan special for you.
1. How much would you like to pay for each payment (weekly or monthly).
2. Which date would you like to start the first payment.
3. Send me the link of the ring you would like to purchase and let me know the ring size.
Do you offer Engraving?
We do offer Engraving and it's free, we can do engraving upto 15-17 characters, beyond the limit it's a chargeable service.
Do you offer only Moissanite?
No, we make loose stones and jewelry using moissanite, lab diamonds, natural diamonds, gemstones like sapphire, ruby, garnet, aquamarine, amethyst and several others
Wholesale availability
We do provide loose moissanite and jewelry as a wholesale, please contact us for prices and details.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do offer the gift wrapping service which is chargeable and its USD 4. Any order will be shipped with a nice jewelry box, wrapped with paper and plastic to make sure its water proof. We do gift wrapping which will be ready to gift.
Note: Sometimes custom opens the parcel for inspection at source and destination country for clearance purpose, in that case it dames thr gift wrap.
