I do not send paper invoices, or receipt. If you require such to be sent along with your purchase, please, let me know.

Do you offer discounts?

Discount is available for larger orders. If you are interested in placing a large order, contact me before doing so and I will set up a custom order listing with applied discount. Discounts cannot be applied to already placed orders.
Please note, a discount cannot be applied to items currently on sale or marked for clearance.

My order was damaged in transit

In the unlikely event your order was damaged during transit, please send me a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving it.

Yes, absolutely. If you would like to see your order before being shipped to you, please either leave a note with the order, or send me a message via Etsy's mailing system.
I don't send pictures to every buyer, but am happy to do so at buyers request.
