Returns and Exchange details
Since most orders are customized and handmade per your specification, any problems must be communicated within 3 days of delivery of the order.
Please do not send anything back without notifying me first. Jewelry must be returned in the original unused condition and packaging.
Returns are NOT accepted on earrings, ear climbers or personalized and custom pieces.
In interests of hygiene and for your own protection piercing Jewelry belongs to the intimate items category and is not allowed to be returned.
All Shipping Costs are not refundable.
A fee of $7.00 per item will be deducted from any returned orders that qualified for free shipping.
Any refunds are issued, minus shipping and handling charges and a 25% re-stocking fee.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our jewelry is individually packaged in a gift ready premium Anya Collection jewelry gift box!
We never include a printed receipt, so your jewelry is ready to be gifted right out of the package.
WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order.
- If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to us and we can ship the item out again for you upon receiving the item back in the mail.
- We will need to charge the Standard shipping rates to send the order again.
- Original shipping will not be refunded
LOST ITEM
All domestic packages include tracking numbers. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, sometimes the carriers have placed it in a safer location. Check with others in your house that may have accepted it. In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered but could take additional 24 hours. We also suggest reaching out to your local post office and see if the package is being held by them for pick up. Ask to speak to your postal carrier.
If the item is "lost" and the tracking number says "delivered", we cannot replace the item unfortunately, given the item was sent to the correct address listed in the order.
WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?
Gold fill is a fantastic alternative to solid gold as it is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto base metal with heat and pressure. It is far superior to gold plating and has more value, and the finish can last a decade if properly cared for.
Care instructions
To maintain the quality of your new jewelry, please:
After each wear, gently wipe off make-up and skin oils with a soft cloth.
- Do not wear it to the pool, spa, or the beach
- Remove when sleeping, exercising, or doing other physically strenuous activities
- Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
- Silver care: Silver requires polishing from time to time from oxidation. You can easily restore silver back to shine with a polishing cloth or use a silver polish cream
- Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth. Please do not use a metal polishing cloth
- Store your beloved jewelry in a air tight bag in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
