Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days of payment received. If you need your item(s) shipped sooner, please message us prior to purchase to see if we can accommodate your deadline date. Items are shipped First Class Mail and can take up to 10 days to be delivered. Please purchase the Priority Mail listing if you would like you item to arrive in approx. 1-3 business days after shipping.

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take before my order is shipped?
Most orders are shipped with in 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated in "Shop Announcements" at top of our page. If you need an item sooner, please message us PRIOR TO ORDERING and we will try to accommodate your request.
How do I let you know what I want my ribbon to say?
On the order page there is a section for you to add the personalization. The left and right sides should be separated with a * to make your personalization more clear.
Our holders can only hold a total of 36 letter, spaces, numbers and punctuations. We do NOT offer symbols at this time.
Does the ribbon come tied in a bow?
No. The ribbon comes uncut on spool with cutting instructions.
If I order priority mail will I get my item shipped sooner?
No. Priority mail will allow you to receive your items quicker than first class mail, but will not expedite your items to be shipped sooner than the 3-5 business days stated on our page. If you need your item sooner than the 3-5 business days, message us PRIOR to placing the order to make sure we can accommodate your request.
I ordered a personalized product and need to cancel
Once a personalized order is placed it goes into production and orders cannot be cancelled. We try our best to get the orders out as soon as we can, and usually start you order right away. Due to the nature of our product being custom and personalized, returns are not accepted. Please check your order as soon as it is received. If there is a problem with your order, messages us within 5 business days of delivery for a replacement. Orders that arrive damaged or have an error on our part will be replaced with the same product ordered. No changes can be made.
