Production time is currently up to 1-3 business days. If you need to expedite your order there is a rush order listing that can be added to your order. Rush order fees are per sign. ***Rush orders are not always available***

PROOFS
Proofs for personalized family name sign orders not approved within 1 day of receipt will be assumed approved, and shipped as designed per the notes in the order. All sales are final on personalized orders.

SHIPPING
Within the US packages are shipped via USPS. Orders ship out via USPS Priority Mail which has a 1-3 business day delivery time under normal circumstances. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships. Applelini Designs is not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to incorrect address, or delivered stolen packages.

DAMAGED SIGNS
What to do if your order arrives damaged due to handling during shipping?
Please contact me immediately, and I will reply within 1 business day. If you find your order is damaged upon receipt, please do not remove the sign from the packaging. Please keep the contents and the shipping box, as they are required by the United States Postal Service for the claims process or possible review process. Please send 1-2 pictures of the damaged sign in the box, and 1-2 pictures showing any shipping box damage. Upon review, I will determine if a claim should be filed or a replacement sent. Thank you in advance for your understanding, patience, and cooperation.

HANGING HARDWARE
Small nails are recommended for secure hanging of your sign between the curves and loops of letters. We are not responsible for signs that fall due to hanging hardware malfunctions.

All items are handmade and made to order, from our home to yours. Wood signs are sanded, stained, hand painted and sealed with a matte protective finish. Hanging hardware is included, and will vary in style. Sawtooth or D-ring/Triangle hangers.

If you are purchasing a sign, please know that it may have spots, knots, stripes, etc. Each carefully chosen board takes stain differently, some lighter and some darker. No two signs will be exactly the same making each one unique and one of a kind.

All sales are final. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. Please, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, or your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately.

Please keep in mind that all items are handmade. Boards are carefully chosen, however there will naturally be the possibility of knots, spots, and stripes. Wood signs may vary up to a 1 inch. Stain takes differently to each board, some signs may turn out slightly lighter or darker than shown in the picture.

Custom and Personalized items are non-refundable. If there was a mistake on my part, I will remake the item. A picture is required showing the mistake, and the item mailed back at our expense. Mistakes made due to misspelling or other errors on the customers part, are not eligible for refunds.

Due to our fast processing times, we do not accept cancellations. Orders begin processing as soon as they are placed.

Purchases are shipped via USPS Mail with tracking. Shipping costs are based and calculated by weight and zipcode. Simply enter your zipcode for shipping fees.

What if I placed an order with the incorrect address?

If you've already placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, the first thing you should do is contact us and request a cancellation of your transaction. This would allow you to repurchase the item(s) using the correct shipping address.

At this time, it's not possible for us to manually edit the address in your order confirmation.
