This design has been sold in my shop for over 5 years and has always produced nothing but 5 star reviews. I did my best to work with this buyer but her story changed multiple times regarding stitch out. It is hard to know what happened or help without knowing if the buyer edited, re-sized or re-saved the design in another software. Was her machine serviced recently, bobbin race cleaned, is she using an old needle, proper thread, proper stabilizer? I re-stitched this design on my machine (01/05/2021) and had no issues. All of my stitches were perfect and not loose or bunched. It is definitely possible that the buyer wasn't happy with her final stitch out but I have verified with a new test stitch that it is not the design itself.
