Welcome to Charming by Aqsa!

All jewelry and accessories in my shop are handmade by me. I take the photos, I write the listings, I'm a one woman show. :)

US CUSTOMERS: Please contact me if at least 2 weeks have passed and you haven't received your package. Please don't resort to getting my attention through feedback, simply message me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Typically, if all goes well with no delays, it takes about 1-2 weeks from shipping date for customers in the US to receive their packages. Postal delays are rare but can happen, so I can't guarantee any delivery date, only the shipping date.

Payments must be made immediately at the time of purchase.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days once payment is cleared, unless the item is made to order (which will most likely be shipped 4-5 days after purchasing) or unless otherwise specified in my shop announcement/note to buyer or a message from me.

Orders placed during the holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) or storms may also be delayed.

Please make sure the address on your invoice email is up to date. Buyer must pay for shipping costs of re-delivery if an old/wrong address is given and the package was sent to it.
***I ship to the US, UK, Canada, France, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia.***

All orders will ship out USPS First Class Mail unless you would like to upgrade to a faster service. If that's the case, please contact me so I can create an invoice for you.

Any possible VAT/customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, as well as confiscations or additional charges levied by your government for the importation of goods.


***Haven't received your order?***

If you haven't received your order in a timely fashion (at least 2 weeks for US customers) and are concerned, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE contact me so I can track down your package.

Please don't leave feedback asking me where your package is, just contact me directly. I promise I will do my best to solve the problem!

Shipping and handling costs include the cost of packaging materials, delivery confirmation when applicable (in the US), and the amount it costs to send the package itself.
Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback if you have an issue with your order so I can fix the problem (e.g., if you haven't received your package and its been a significant amount of time since it was shipped or if the item was damaged in customs).

Please don't leave feedback asking me where your package is, simply contact me directly and I will reply promptly.

If there is an issue with your order when or after you receive it, please convo me within FIVE (5) DAYS of receiving the item(s).

These situations will be handled on a case by case basis in terms of returns, store credit, and exchanges, since a lot of my items are one of a kind.

***For any type of refund or exchange, the purchased item must be returned first.***

I am not able to refund the shipping on returned items: the buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned and exchanged items.
Additional policies and FAQs
PLEASE NOTE: All of my jewelry are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in photos, since each screen varies. I do my best to stay true to the colors of the jewelry.

Some adhesive may be visible through the pieces or on the backside (e.g., rings, stud earrings, hair pins, etc.). This is normal.


Please do not allow your jewelry to get wet. If it tarnishes, simply use a polish cloth for sterling silver and Brasso or metal polish for brass pieces.


My handmade items are not to be purchased for resale online or anywhere else as your own creations.

My photos are taken solely by me--meaning they are copyrighted. They are not to be copied and posted as your own. This includes my necklace length picture, created by my friend P. Jinkins for Charming by Aqsa exclusively.
