RETURN PROCESS
Unless otherwise stated in the listing details, most items are eligible for an easy no hassle return & refund.
Returns must be authorized prior to being shipped back. Once authorized unworn/undamaged items must be returned in the original packaging including the jewelry box and/or pouch. Package tracking is highly recommended so that the package doesn't get lost in transit.
Once the item(s) is returned the order will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping.

WHAT IS GOLD-FILL
Gold-fill also known as rolled gold is an actual layer of gold pressure bonded to another metal, usually brass or copper. Gold-fill is not to be confused with gold plating as gold-fill literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors. Gold filled jewelry is an economical alternative to solid gold and can last up to 30 years with good care.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Gold Filled jewelry should be cared for much like any gold jewelry. Simply keep away from chemicals, clean regularly with mildly sudsy water, rinse well and pat dry with a non-scratching cloth. Polish gently with a jewelry polishing cloth.
Sterling Silver jewelry can be cleaned with a thick paste made of baking soda and two tablespoons of warm water. Apply paste, gently rub, then rinse and dry. You can also gently polish silver jewelry with a polishing cloth.
