Jewellery made of real bone, teeth, claws or other animal parts should be treated as wearable art. Use caution while wearing these pieces and be sure to remove them before bathing, showering or swimming.

Recycling is important to me, so I try to re-use old packing materials. I may cross off old information on a box with marker, place a shipping label over an old one or even wrap the whole thing in packaging paper for a fresh start. Whenever possible, I try to use bubble pack envelopes to ship smaller items via Canada Post letter mail so I can save us both some money.

I understand that we wall have to wait to be paid, so I am willing to reserve items for up to one month if you need a little time to come up with the funds before making a purchase. "RESERVED" will be placed in the title of the listing and your name will be added to the item description. If I have not heard from you regarding purchase after one month, the reserve will be taken off the listing and it will be available for anyone to buy again.

I use Canada Post exclusively for shipping. This is the lowest cost Canadian shipping provider available. Unfortunately, these prices can be quite high, but I have no control over this. If you are combining shipping on a few items and the price seems outrageously high, feel free to contact me and I will see if I can make any adjustments.

Most of the items in my shop ship to Canada only. I am willing to ship to other countries if requested, but this will be at your own risk. Sometimes, permits or special paperwork are required to import/export animal parts, so please check the laws of your own country before contacting me about international shipping. I cannot be held responsible for items seized by customs and will not provide a refund if this happens.
