This is quite simply, one of the most beautiful wooden kitchen tools I have ever seen. The grain is gorgeous, and the satiny finish makes it a joy to touch. How I wish this wasn't a Christmas gift. If you're looking for a special gift for someone who loves to cook, you need look no further than Arborvore. I'll add that this arrived here quickly, beautifully packaged, and with a card giving complete care instructions and identifying the wood and the year it was carved. I will definitely be coming back!
